The origin of examination phobia has been linked to genetics, family heredity and social environmental factors. For example, people have grown up surrounded by overprotective, fearful, timid or highly demanding, having witnessed situations triggers, such as passing the ridicule or rejection or disapproval experienced as traumatic for the student.

Forms

The examination phobia can take several forms: one is trying to escape from the assessments, for example getting sick the day of the test, another is to decide not to study anything, because they do not have any expectations, nor shall there be anxiety. A third way is the inhibition, where the student "knows everything", but when the exam anxiety betrays him, is blocked and can not answer anything, because as you say there is "blank mind" .
