prodotti sottoponendoli a molte divere prove atte a determinare in modo oggettivo le loro
prestazioni. qualità e la scurezza dei prodotti IAMdesign. I risultati positivi che abbiamo
ottenuto da questi test ci hanno permesso di certificare i nostri prodotti secondo le
normative attualmente vigenti in molti paesi europei e di poter così garantire alla nostra
clientele prodotti di alta qualità.
The importance of security and quality of the products grows day by day. We therefore, decided to emphasize the quality and security level reached by our products and proceeded with the certification of a wide range of them. We relied upon one of the most serious and well known European bodies, TÜV SÜD, that tested our products submitting them to several tests apt to determine in an objective way their performance, the quality and the security of IAMdesign products. The positive results obtained with these tests allowed us to certify our products according to the laws in force in many European countries. We can therefore guarantee our customers high quality products.

RESISTENZA ALLA PRESSIONE ORIZZONTALE Consiste nell’applicare una forza orizzontale di 300 kg/ml o 200 Kg/ml all’altezza
del corrimano per 300 secondi. Al rilascio della forza non ci devono essere rotture
deformazioni evidenti del supporto in alluminio. Il test rispetta la normativa UNI
EN 7697:2007 (vetri piani-criteri di sicurezza). Tipologia di vetro secondo la UNI EN
12150-2:2005 classe 1(B)1. Il test rispetta il D.M. del 14/01/2008 (norma tecnica
per la costruzione). Tale prova è stata effettuata in sette differenti tipologie di
applicazioni:
HORIZONTAL PRESSURE RESISTANCEThe test consists of applying a 300kg/lm or 200 kg/ml horizontal
force for 300 seconds. When the strength is released there must be
no break or evident deformation signs on the aluminium support. The
test respects the standard UNI EN 7697:2007 (flat glass-criteria of
safety). Type of glass according to UNI EN 12150-2:2005 Class 1 (B) 1.
The test respects the Ministerial Decree of 14.1.2008 (technical
standards for the construction). The said test was done on seven
different application typologies.

Inserire all’interno del profilo in alluminio la guarnizione ad L
Insert in the aluminium profile the chosen L shaped rubber gasket
Terminare il montaggio applicando le guarnizioni di chiusura per proteggere il sistema dagli agenti atmosferici
Finish the assembling by putting the closing gasket to protect the system against the weather (rain, snow, etc.)
Usare viti di fissaggio in inox AISI 316Le viti in ferro zincato creerebbero principi di ossidazione
Use screws in stainless steel AISI 316The screws in galvanized iron would create oxidation problems
Fissare il tutto utilizzando i cunei dentatiPosizionare i cunei nel lato opposto alla guarnizione ad L
Fix the whole structure using the wedges. Place the wedges on the opposite side of the L shaped gasket
Adagiare il vetro al profilo ad L

Conservare il presente manuale ed in particolar modo il manuale di installazione. Leggere attentamente il manuale di istruzioni prima di effettuare l’assemblaggio ed il montaggio dell’accessorio. Ricordarsi di rispettare sempre la legislazione in vigore nel paese di destinazione e accertarsi per costruzioni speciali di consultare i regolamenti di costruzioni regionali o nazionali. (per la Germania esempio la DIN 18065 e la legge: BauO Bauordungsrechtes.) Installare l’accessorio come indicato nel libretto di installazione a corredo. Non montare od utilizzare il prodotto in presenza di dubbi sul montaggio, non installare ed utilizzare il prodotto se mancano accessori a corredo dello stesso, in tali casi consultare il proprio rivenditore di zona o il produttore Ind.i.a. S.p.A..
AVVERTENZE
L’installazione delle attrezzature deve essere effettuata da personale competente, secondo le indicazioni indicate sulle schede tecniche fornite da Ind.i.a. S.p.A. Sono necessarie manutenzioni e controlli continui per poter mantenere in efficienza e garantire la perfetta funzionalità delle ringhiere. Esclusivamente personale competente e qualificato deve effettuare la cura, la manutenzione e l’ispezione. A tal proposito si consiglia di impiegare personale indicato dalla ditta costruttrice; in caso contrario l’Ind.i.a. S.p.A. declina ogni responsabilità.
ISPEZIONE, MANUTENZIONE
Si usano parti metalliche in acciaio inox garantendo in tal modo una resistenza alle diverse condizioni atmosferiche. Per la pulizia delle ringhiere non utilizzare acidi, soluzioni alcaline, agenti aggressivi, abrasivi e corrosivi.
ISTRUZIONI DI PULIZIA
Keep this book and particularly the installation manual. Carefully read the instruction manual before assembling and installing the article.Do not forget to act always in accordance with the law in force in the country of destination and for special constructions check the local or national construction rules (for example in Germany the DIN 18065 and the law: Bauo Bauordungdrechtes). Install the article as indicated in the relevant installation manual. Do not install or use the article if you have doubts concerning its installation, do not use or install the product if you are missing some pieces of its kit. In such cases, contact your local dealer or the manufacturer Ind.i.a. S.p.A.
WARNINGS
The installation of the articles has to be carried out by skilled workers, following the instructions indicated in the technical sheets supplied by Ind.i.a. S.p.A. Maintenance operations and checking are periodically needed in order to grant the perfect functionality and efficiency of the railings. Inspection and maintenance operations have to be carried out only by competent and skilled workers.We therefore suggest to employ workers indicated by the manufacturer, otherwise Ind.i.a. S.p.A. refuses all responsibilities.
CHECK, MAINTENANCE
The use of stainless steel metallic parts guarantees the resistance to the different atmospheric conditions. To clean the railings do not use acids, alkaline solutions, aggressive, abrasives or corrosives agents.
