To resolve the many requirements of building envelopes and specifically the expectations regarding sun protection, TERREAL offers a wide range of terracotta baguettes that can be used to build sunscreens, wall claddings and visual screens.

As an integral part of the façade, sunscreens provide thermal comfort, let natural light in, and help reduce effects of glare without blocking visual contact with the outside. They bring façades to life, create depth and allow the designers to play with shadows, while combining thermal comfort, control of sunlight input and optimization of natural daylight.

TERREAL sunscreen system is easily assembled on site and quickly installed on an aluminium framework. Available in four sizes, the installation kit can be adapted to all desired lengths by simply cutting the aluminium tube, and can reach up to 180cm.

Its modular design allows varying the center spacing between sunscreen rows as well as their orientation.It can be installed either vertically or horizontally and offers total architectural freedom.
