We provide a numberof standard layouts of bathroom pods thatclients can choose from, but our expertiselies in offering completely bespoke solutions.

We also offer a wide choice of renders, internal finishes and accessories to choose from.

This provides customers with the abilityto choose a specification that is exactly right for their project. Bespoke capabilitiesAlthough our bathroom pods are bespoke, the examples below show some of the typicaldesigns we can manufacture. Wherever possible, we design our bathroom pods to makemost efficient use of repeatable modular units. This ensures optimum use of materials, aspart of our commitment to sustainability and shorter lead times for customers.

As part of our bathroom pod concept, we offer a unique design service, which includesdetermining an outline concept proposal for the bathroom pod which, once approved bythe client, forms the basis of the layout and construction detail. Our experienced team thenworks closely with the client, project teams and architects, where necessary, to ensure theproject is developed quickly and efficiently and that it meets their requirements.

WetroomWetrooms are popular for use in both residentialand commercial applications, as they are compatiblewith contemporary design, as well as being veryuser-friendly. They can be specified to meet DDArequirements, making them ideal for those withlimited mobility.

Shower roomA great choice for areas where space is restricted,shower rooms can be specified to meet both highend or tight budgets, depending on project needs.Layouts are flexible to suit customer requirements.

Any roomOur manufacturing capabilities are not restrictedto bathrooms, we offer bespoke pods to suit allapplications, such as bedrooms and kitchens.All of these are backed by 60 years of Terrapin’soffsite expertise.

BathroomTraditional or contemporary style bathroomsare available, with either full or half size baths.Compact suites are available to maximise spacein smaller bathrooms.

We can design bespoke pods in anyshape or size to maximise efficient useof space. These range from cubic backto back pods to more complex shapes.

Wherever possible, we ensure selectionof sustainable materials fromresponsible supply partners. All thetimber is from FSC or PEFC sources.

All our units can besupplied to market sectorspecific requirements includingHealth Technical Memorandum(HTM), Hotel, RSL (RegisteredSocial Landlord), nursery andMOD requirements. We canalso supply bathroom podscompliant with mobilityrequirements (Part M) andsanitation, hot water safety andwater efficiency (Part G).

We supply bespoke pods witha floored or floorless option.Floored options are availablewith a lightweight concrete ortimber floor.

Pre-assembledplumbing kits are

assembled andchecked, before beinginstalled, in our qualityassessed facility. This

helps minimise anypost-installation issues.
