Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chattisgarh, Goa, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya,

Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha(Orissa), Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Tripura, West Bengal &

Puducherry shall be entitled to receive the following free gifts in addition to a scratch card from

the Dealer(except Tamil Nadu where scratch card scheme is not valid). Free VIP Sky Bag

9. On the purchase of any Godrej Appliance as mentioned hereinabove, the customer will be given

a scratch card. On scratching the scratch card, a 6 digit unique number is revealed. This unique

number, in the prescribed manner (godfest<space>Dealer name<space>unique number), has to

be sent as SMS by the customer to 8082425533.

10. The scratch card offer is valid only in all of India except the states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

The dealer name in the SMS must be entered as per the invoice given by the dealer.

11. The customer will get a return SMS confirming the registration. The results will be declared on a

Daily basis, based on random selection of a mobile number through a system, and the winner

will be informed via another SMS within 24 hours of registration. In case of an Error Message

received by customer, the customer has to contact the dealer from where the purchase is made.

12. The cost of the SMS sent by customer will have to be borne by the customer as per the

prevailing tariff plans with their service providers.

13. The customer will have to scratch the card instantly, as soon as the bill is issued.

14. The winning customer and the value of the necklace being won will shortlisted by the random

selection through computer-based system.

15. The value of the daily lucky draw diamond jewellery win will vary from Rs. 10,000, Rs. 20,000,

Rs. 30,000 or Rs. 1,00,000 based on the random selection in the computer-based lucky draw

system.

16. The winning number will be declared the winner and will be entitled to a predefined Diamond

Necklace, subject to verification of details like scratch card, original purchase invoice, etc. The

customer has to retain the scratch card till he/she gets the delivery of the winning gift. The

customer shall furnish a copy of his/her PAN card for collecting the gift. The date, venue and

time of collecting the gift will be communicated to the winner separately and will be done

within maximum of 30 days from the closure of scheme.

17. Over and above the daily wins, a bumper lucky draw will be taken for all scratch card entries

that have not won daily lucky draw from 25th sept’14 to 31st Oct’14 post the end date of the

scheme.

18. The winning customer will shortlisted by the random selection through computer-based system

and will be awarded Diamond Jewellery worth Rs. 10 Lakh.

19. The scratch cards are the property of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. – Appliance Division.

20. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other prevailing promotions and offers other than the

assured free gift referred to hereinabove.

21. Every customer is eligible for a single scratch card per Godrej appliance.

22. The Gift cannot be redeemed for cash.

23. The quality and value of gift is as per the specification provided by the company offering the Gift

item.

24. This Offer is not valid for employees of Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.

25. All disputes related to this offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.

26. Gifts under this offer shall be subject to laws of India, including tax regulations, as may be

applicable to the customers.

27. The responsibility of collecting the Gift rests with the customer only.

28. Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd – Appliance Division is not responsible for any late, lost or stolen

cards.

29. Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. – Appliances division shall not be responsible for any cost, expense

or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from, or connected with the collection of the

Gift including but not limited to the coupon or the card.

30. Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd- Appliances division reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, or

discontinue the scheme or any part thereof without giving any reason or prior notice.

31. Information regarding cancellation / modification / extension / discontinuance will be notified to

the public.

32. The scratch cards must be submitted at the time of claiming the gift. 33. Godrej & Boyce Mfg.Co.Ltd. - Appliance Division is not liable for any loss/damage of the
