Terms and conditions for participation of the exhibitors at Czech VR Fest

I. Conditions of participation, terms of payment:

1. Condition for participation is the delivery of a duly completed and signed Application including the signed

terms and conditions to the organizer, which is considered the proposal of conclusion between the

exhibitor and the promoter. The organizer alone decides on the acceptance or rejection of the proposal

on the conclusion of the agreement in the form of the Application for the participation of the exhibitors at

the Czech VR Fest. Any refusal my be made without giving any reason. The contractual relationship

arises by a written confirmation of the acceptance of the application, sent by the Organizer by electronic

method on the Exhibitor's contact e-mail address listed in the binding application.

2. By signing the application form and Terms and conditions, the Exhibitor certifies that he was familiar with

the terms and conditions for the participation on the Czech VR Fest and undertakes to observe.

3. After the acceptance of the Application the Organizer shall send to the Exhibitor a proforma invoice for

the rental of the exhibition space. The Exhibitor is obliged to have no later than the day before the start

of the Czech VR Fest the fee for rental of the exhibition space in the manner specified on the invoice. In

case that it will be not paid the day before the Czech VR Fest, it is a violation of the terms and conditions

and the Organizer is entitled to withdraw from the contract with entitlement to the payment of a

contractual penalty in the amount of the exhibition rental space fee, which is payable on the date of the

withdrawal from the contract by the Organizer.

4. The Exhibitor is obliged to act in accordance with the legislation of the Czech Republic relating to the

intellectual property. In the event of a breach of the provisions governing property rights or the

intellectual property rights the Organizer reserves the right to exclude the Exhibitor from participation in

the Czech VR Fest without the right to return already paid fees.

II. Rental of exhibition space:

1. The amount of the fee for renting the exhibition area is listed in the Application form. The Exhibitor is

obliged to demonstrate the entitled for a discount from the standard price for exhibitors at the same time

with the dispatch of the Application.

2. Price for renting the exhibition area includes:

• basic lighting of the leased areas for the time of the rent

• basic orientation marking of the space

• basic maintenance of the leased space • use of the permanent electrical wiring in the rented

from any participation on the Czech VR Fest, and that without the right to a refund of the already paid fee

for renting the exhibition area.

3. The Organizer does not correspond to the Exhibitor or coexhibitor for any damage, destruction, or loss of

exhibits, material, furniture or other property of the Exhibitor and the assets entrusted to him. The

Exhibitor is responsible for any damages that will result.

4. In case of serious or repeated violations of the Terms and conditions the Organizer reserves the right to

expel the Exhibitor from the Czech VR Fest and withdraw from the contract without the possibility of

return of the rental fee to the Exhibitor.

5. The Organizer reserves the right to use photos or other records of image and sound, on which is

captured the Exhibitor, his copyrighted works, his exhibition space - directly or indirectly, and other goods

protected by the copyright law, in particular in order to promote other events of the Organizer, or the

promotion of the Exhibitor's itself. By this contract the Exhibitor consents to use of the above.

6. In the event that the Organizer as a result of the events not caused by him will not be able to carry out

the Czech VR Fest or a part of thereof, it shall inform the Exhibitor immediately. All liability of the

Organizer are canceled by this awareness. The Exhibitor is entitled to a full or partial refund of the

already paid fee for renting the exhibition area.

7. Any complaints on the services of the Organizer must be implemented immediately.

V. Withdrawal from the contract

1. The Exhibitor has the right to withdraw from the Contract with the Organizer by written form of the

reasons provided by the law or the reasons set out in these Terms and conditions.

2. The Organizer has the right to withdraw from the Contract with the Exhibitor for statutory reasons or for

reasons set out in these Terms and conditions. The Organizer is entitled to withdraw from this Contract in

particular if the Exhibitor's behavior is endangering human health or a serious damage of the place of

Czech VR Fest is threatening or has been set. In this case, the Organizer has the right to the payment

of the whole fee for the renting of the exhibition area and compensation for the damage suffered.

VI. Final provisions

1. These Terms and conditions are an integral part of the Exhibitor's Application to participate in the Czech

VR Fest.

2. All requests for changes or requests for exemption are required to submit in written form by the Exhibitor

to the Organizer.
