    Type OKZ PN6/PN16

    Inverted bucket steam traps

    We produce the inverted bucket steam traps typeOKZ for nominal pressures PN 6 and PN 16 Thesetraps have automatic air vent on the start-up. Allinternal parts are made of stainless steel and encasedin a cast (cast iron or ductile iron). Dimensionsseparator according to the diameter are given in thetable.

    Steam trap size depends from the required capacityand available spressure difference before and afterthe team trap. Maximum capacity depending on thepressure difference before and after the team trap isshown on the included diagram (down).On customer request we can produce variation with ahigher capacity.

    Because of retaining of the condensate in thehousing after system stop, at low temperatures thereis danger of freezing and breaking the housing.Because of this they are not recommended foroutdoor installation.In case of cancellation, inverted bucket steam trapsusually remain in the fully open position.

    Type OKZ-VP NP25/NP40

    Steam traps type OKZ-VP are made for nominal pressurePN 25 and PN40. These steam traps have automatic airvent on the start-up. All internal parts are made ofstainless steel, a steel housing is made by welding.Dimensions of this steam traps, according to the diameterare given in the table.For special applications we produce type OKZ-VP withstainless steel housing.

    Steam traps type OKZ - VP are designed foroperation at high pressure and the condensatedischarge when the power supply steam is

    . These steam traps are not designed fordrainage of the steam line, especially if the steam

    line is for superheated steam.

    This type of steam traps must be mounted in positionas shown, and the entrance to the separator throughthe lower port.In addition to the basic version separator OKZ-VPwe also produce traps type OKZ-V that has the sameconnection flanges position as the OKZ type ofsteam traps, but is designed for pressures PN 25 andPN 40.

    Float ball steam trap

    Float ball steam trap, type OKP comes in twovariations: flanged connection from DN15 up toDN50 and with a screwed connection of R1 / 2 ",R3/4`` and R1." These steam traps can be producedfor PN6, PN16 and PN25 nominal pressure.

    This type of steam trap, must be fixed in positionshown on drawing (right). OKP type are suppliedwith thermo capsule type TK-M, which allowssteam traps to discharge non-condensing gases. Thisis especially important when starting the installation,when the amount of n gases arelargest.

    All internal parts are manufactured odvajca stainlesssteel, witch enables the maximum lifespan. Thehousing is made of cast iron or ductile iron.

    Type OKP-E DN 40 and DN 50

    Float ball steam trap

    Type OKP - E which is modified steam trap of OKPseries. OKP-E has a servo mechanism to open steamtrap. This mechanism allows the steam trap to has alarger diameter of the valve openings and thus littlepressure drop. Due to this OKP-E has a largecapacity even at at low pressure differences.

    The steam trap type OKP-E is designed for largeconsumers and eventually to consumers who workwith low steam pressure, and have relatively high

    power. This type of steam trap comes only indimensions of DN40 and higner. Depending on therequired capacity at the request of the users OKP-Ecan modified (the mechanism) to allow even agreater capacity of the steam trap, then declared inthe attached (down) diagram.

    Steam trap type OKP-E can be applicated for flushvessel supply, in such application OKP-E regulatesthe level of condensate in the vessel.

    Steam trap type OKP - E has a same built-inmeasures as OKP type.

    Steam traps type TKL come with the threadedconnection of R1 / 2 ", R3 / 4" R1 "and the flangeconnection from DN15 up to DN50.Steam traps type TKL DN15 and DN20 and typeTKL R 1/2 "and 3/4" have one typeTK (picture below).Steam trap housing is made of cast iron or cast steel.It can be disassembled, in order to enable quick andeasy replacement of thermal capsule. Replacecapsule is possible without removing the steam trapfrom the pipeline, and the time required for capsule

    replacement does not exceed 15 minutes.Replacement of the capsules are practicallycompleted overhaul of separators.These steam traps can be mounted in any position,depending on the capsule filling may dischargecondensate undercooled up to 40 C.     Type TKL - M / TKL - MG

    Thermostatic steam trap

    Thermostatic steam traps type TKL - M and TKL- MG have screw connection of R1 / 2 ", R3 / 4"and R1 ", they have nominal pressure PN16.

    At the costumer request, TKL-M can come withstainer integrated within of the housing of thesteam trap.

    Replaceable thermostatic element is inside thesteam trap, it is a thermostatic capsule type TK-

    M.This steam trap discharges the condensate withsubcooling from 10 to 20 C. In this way it isexploited the heat of condensate and it isdecreased the amount of flash steam. Typicallythe steam traps type TKL - M and TKL - MGused in heating systems, cooking food duplicatesin hospitals and hotels, the smaller diameterpipelines steam drainage etc.

    Steam trap has a folding housing, so it allowsreplacement of thermostatic capsule. Thissignificantly increases life time of these steamtraps.

    At the costumer request , we can deliver this typeof steam trap to release condensate with 40 C ofsubcooling.

    Type TKZ

    Thermostatic steam traps

    Thermostatic steam traps type TKZ is made entirelyfrom stainless steel. It's sealed in welded housing.

    Compact design and small built in measures provideeasy installation. We produce them for a nominalpressure PN25 PN16, with screw connection R1/2 ",R3 / 4" R1 ".

    In addition to the standard version we have version oftype TKZ with eccentrically offset connectors, as

    well as version with both internal threadedconnection.

    The TKZ type has installed thermal capsule, typeTK. Depending on the requirements we can provideundercooling of condensate from 5 to 30 C.

    TKZ type steam trap can be installed in any position.In the case of installation as shown on picture, on thesystem stop, condensate can leak out of steam trap sothere is no danger of freezing. In the case of freezing

    up to -5C there is no fracture of internal parts or thecasing, so it is suitable for drainage and steamconsumers who may be exposed to lowtemperatures.

    TKZ's housing is not retractable so it is not foreseenthe possibility of replacing capsule.

    This steam traps have the lowest price compared toother steam traps and a very long life time. Warrantyfor this type is two years.

    Separator type is usually applied TKZ for the

    installation of steam heating, steam for outdoordrainage, ancillary heating. It also applies toconsumers in small drainage prehrabenoj, chemical,petrochemical industry, etc..     Optionaly, upon customer request in the housing ofthe steam trap strainer can be monted.

    Housing of the steam trap is the thermal chamberthat provides a relatively uniform value oftemperature inside the housing, regardless ofexternal conditions. This results in optimumtemperature for traps. Inside the housing is thereplaceable thermodynamic capsule type TD.

    Housing and internal parts of this steam trap aremade of stainless steel.

    Type BPZ

    Thermostatic bimetallic steam traps

    Steam trap type BPZ is thermostatic steam ttrapwith bimetallic plates. This bimetallic steam trapcomes with screw connection, sizes: R1 / 2 ", R3 /4 and R1,with the nominal pressure PN16 orPN25.

    BPZ type is made of stainless steel, so ithas a long life of impeccable work. It comes in

    welded housing. This steam trap has asmall mounting dimensions and light weight. It is

    suitable for steam line drain and the drain ofconsumers who are not affected with undercoolingof the condensate.

    This steam trap can be installed in any position. Ifinstalled vertically, after the syistem stop,condensate can freely drain from the installationand steam trap housing, so there is no danger offrost. The model BPZ, will not suffer breakage ofhousing or internal parts due to freezing, if it isexposed to the temperatures down to -5?

    At the customer it is possible to adjust forother mounting positions and size of connections.

    Like the all thermostatic steam traps, drain

    with undercooling from 5 to 30 ,depending on customer requirements. BPZ typesteam trap is recommended for drainage of steamline with superheated steam and drainage of

    consumers . It is suitable forinstallation outside of buildings because it allowscondensate to flow out of the housing after theplants stopping / pausing(do not keep the condensatein the housing).

    Direct action regulation valve

    Type RVD

    RVD is a direct action pressure regulator. It isdesigned for controlling steam, oil, air and water

    . We produce it with the screw connectionsof R1 / 2 " up to R6 / 4" and for nominal pressures ofPN 16 to PN 25

    All internal valve parts are made of stainless steel(1.4301). Membranes are a combination of stainlesssteel and Teflon. Housing made of cast iron, ductileiron or cast steel.All direct action valves regulated pressure o deviates

    from the set pressure. Deviation is depending on thecurrent flow. Valves with direct action also have asmaller opening force so there are produced only forthe smaller sizes (DN). If it is needed a bigger DN, itis recommend to use pilot operated valve, likeRVSU type valve witch have servo device. ValveRVD has the lowest price so you should always beapplied when technological requirements allow it.

    RVD type can be mounted in any position. Also itallows the adjust of the regulated pressure without a

    system stop. On flow rise, regulated pressure tends todrop. The maximum deviation from the presetpressure is up to 10% of regulated pressure.

    RVD valve is designed to control pressure exceeding2.5 bar. For pressure regulation below 2.5 bar, it canbe used modified version of RVD valve labeled asRVD - N.

    Regulation valve

    Type RVSU

    Regulation valve type RVSU is a mechanical servopressure regulator. This valve is designed to control

    steam pressure or air. It consists of two parts, themain valve and pilot valves. The pilot valve, uses themembrane located at the bottom of the valve controlsthe main valve, so this system is called - servo valve.Steam pressure regulation with the valve typeRVSU is very precise. Practically, the steam pressurebehind the valve does not depend on the current flowof steam or pressure applied to the flow of 0 to 100%of maximum flow. The advantage of servo regulationis virtually unlimited ratio of input and outputpressure.

    All inside parts of valves are made of stainless steel,membranes are a combination of stainless steel andteflon(PTFE), and the casing is made of cast iron orsteel.Capacity depends on the valve inlet pressure and theregulated pressure. For the calculation of capacityuse is Kv values obtained by measuring the valve.These coefficients are given in table below-right.These coefficients are given in table below, andbelow the table are given the equation for flowcalculation.Valve type RVSU found is widely

    applied in many industries. It has a long work lifetime, low cost and relatively simple maintenanceprocedures.

    These valves exploitation life time is from fourup to seven years. After this it is necessary to do

    maintenance. Maintenance is low costcomparing to the price of new valve and increasesthe exploitation time of the valve for several moreyears.This valve also has version with solenoid valvemounted on the pulse line. This enables theremote turning on/off with control of the steampressure.

    Temperature control valve

    Type RT

    RT type valve is a mechanical, pilot operated,temperature regulator. Mounts to the side of thesteam or condensate, and regulates the temperatureof heated fluid. It has a servo device, the pilot valveis temperature control valve type T2.

    Modified version of RT valve is used to controlcooling. This valve is placed on the side of thecooling water. This modified valve is labeled as typeRT-R.

    These valves comes for nominal pressure PN16 andPN25 and nominal diametar up to DN 150. Allinternal parts are made of stainless steel (1.4301)

    and membrane are made of combination of stainlesssteel and Teflon or copper and stainless steel. Thecasing is made of cast iron, ductile iron or cast steel.

    Water supply program

    The picture (right) is shown the basic version of apressure regulator type RP10 - 1 On the basis of thisversion was developed full range of control valvesfor water.

    The main valve is controlled by a pilot valve (PV).Through ball valve S1 and choke valve PS waterflows to above side of the main valves memebrane-diaphragm. If the pilot valve is closed then thediaphragm will push the plug unit-disc of the mainvalve in the closed position. If the pilot valve is fully

    open, then the liquid from the space above themembrane will flow out in the pipeline behind themain valve.

    At that moment pressure above the diaphragm islower then the pressure ahead of the main valve, themembrane will move up and change the position ofthe valve to open. In this way, the pilot valve controlsthe main valve.

    The degree of valve lift depends on the pressurebehind the valve (pressure regulated), which is leadunder the diaphragm pilot valve that balances withthe spring over memebrane. Compaction of springscan be changed on the spot. Speed of opening andclosing of the main valve is set by the choke valve PS.

    RP series valves are made for nominal pressure PN6,PN10, PN16 and PN25.

    They come in flanged or screw connection:

    Maximum fluid temperature is 120C

    This valve can be lead into a fully open or fullyclosed position with ball valves S1 and S2. If thevalve S1 is closed, the valve is lead into a fully openposition, if the valve S2 is closed, the valve has beentranslated into a fully closed position.

    All inside parts are made of stainless material(stainless steel and Teflon) and housing is made of acast steel or cast iron.

    The pilot valve is made of stainless steel.
