Present Status

As on 1st August 2003, more 85 units including allRefineries, R&D, all locations of Delhi State Office,Punjab State Office, IOBL Mumbai, IOBL Kolkata,Refineries HQ and Corporate are using SAP for on-line business transactions.

Centralised architecture with Database Server,Application Servers and Storage Device installed atthe Central Site at IIPM. More than 1000 users arelogging to Central Server concurrently.

First and largest Ku band based VSAT network inCorporate Sector in the country. Central Hub inoperation at Data Communication Centre, IIPMGurgaon. Out of total 324 VSATs planned, 224 will beoperational by September 2003.
