Directed a team of right-of-way (ROW) agents and other office support personnel in final, post-construction review (“close-out”) of right-of-way title, engineering drawing review, and public entity permits to perfect over 6,000 miles of coast-to-coast fiber optic cable construction on 14 telecommunications projects/routes. Managed completion of records on multiple routes concurrently.
