    1. Interested tenderers may obtain further information about this requirement from the above

    office selling the documents. They may also visit our website mentioned above for further details.

    2. Tender documents may be purchased on payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) per set in the form of account payee demand draft/ Bankers Cheque drawn on a scheduled commercial bank in India, in favour of Bank Note Paper Mill Private Limited Payable at Mysuru.

    3. Tenderer may also download the tender documents from the web site and submit its tender by utilizing the downloaded document, along with the required non-refundable fee as mentioned in Para 3 above.

    4. Tenderers shall ensure that their tenders, duly sealed and signed, complete in all respects as per instructions contained in the Tender Documents, are dropped in the Tender Box kept at Admin Building, after recording the tender details in the register on or before the closing date and time indicated in the Para 1 above, failing which the tenders will be treated as late and rejected.

    5. In the event of any of the above mentioned dates being declared as a holiday/ closed day for the purchase organization, the tenders will be sold / received / opened on the next working day at the appointed time.

    6. The tender documents are not transferable.

    7. BNPM reserves the right to reject any or all the applied bids without assigning any reason whatsoever. The tender can be rejected on national security grounds.

    Guidelines for applying to Tender in Two part Bid System:

    1. Part-I - First sealed cover: It should contain the required cost of Tender form Rs.500/-, Technical offer (catalogue/brochure etc.), supportive documents related to eligibility criteria, Tax related documents etc. along with all sections of this tender (except section XI which has to be submitted as mentioned in Sl.No.2 below) signed & stamped in each & every page. This first sealed cover should be clearly super scribed with Part-I Techno- commercial offer against the Tender No. BNPM/LTE/SCREW ASSEMBLY TABLE/650/2018-19 DATE: 19.11.2018 for Supply of Screw Assembly Table. Price Indication in the Techno-Commercial offer will be summarily rejected.

    2. Part II - Second sealed cover:

    It should contain only Section XI Price schedule. Price offer submitted in any other format will be liable for rejection. This second sealed cover should be clearly super scribed as Part-II Price/Financial bid against the Tender No. BNPM/LTE/SCREW ASSEMBLY TABLE/650/2018-19 DATE: 19.11.2018 for Supply of Screw Assembly Table.

    3. The above mentioned two sealed covers should be put in another big cover, sealed and should

    be super scribed as Offer for BNPM/LTE/SCREW ASSEMBLY TABLE/650/2018-19 DATE: 19.11.2018 for Supply of Screw Assembly Table, due date of opening 10.12.2018 and should be addressed to The General Manager, BNPMIPL, Note Mudran Nagar, Mysuru 570 003.

    4. Delivery Schedule: Please refer section VI of this tender.

    5. Quantity: Please refer section VI of this tender.

    6. Warranty: For Screw Assembly table Six months from the date of supply of material. And one year warranty for free replacement of wheels in case of any damage.

    7. Liquidated Damage: For any delay beyond the time specified above without any valid

    reason/(s), liquidated damage at the rate of 0.5% of the value of the work shall be levied per week of delay, subject to a maximum of 10% of incomplete contract value. The contractor may apply for extension at least Ten (10) days prior to the date of completion with valid reasons beyond the control of the contractor.

    8. EMD: APPLICABLE

    10. Security Deposit / Performance Security: 10% of total contract value shall be retained as security deposit in addition to EMD till date of completion of all contractual obligations including warranty period for six months from successful supplier
