Mentor Awards Luncheon

It was another record-breaking year for our Mentor

Awards luncheon on February 19, at the Pfister Hotel.

2015 marked the 25th year for TEMPO Milwaukee in

celebrating the practice of mentoring – recognizing

individuals who have demonstrated an extraordinary

commitment to helping others achieve their personal and

professional potential. Throughout its 25-year history,

TEMPO Milwaukee has recognized 53 individuals and

nine corporations for living and breathing the definition of

mentoring. This year, before a capacity crowd of 650

guests, TEMPO Milwaukee honored individual award

recipients Linda Gorens-Levey and Mary Meehan, and

corporate award recipient Baird. Three $5,000

scholarships were presented to Alverno and the

University of Madison – School of Business in recognition

of the winners.

The event could not have been possible without the

leadership of our Mentor Awards co-chairs Deanna

Singh, Ellen Trytek and Sara Walker, along with our

committee members. Thank you to everyone who

participated and made this year’s event such a huge

success!
