• Marina Martinique Estate to supply data room (3m x 4m)
– Air conditioned;
– 220V AC power.
• Installation of services can only be done after the home owner
provides conduit from boundary to house.
• Point of Entry at house
– PoE Specification will be made available.
– 2 Options:
• Quotation from Telkom;
• Telkom’s specification for own contractor.

• Telkom is prepared to waiver the Network Related Professional Service fees
• Home Owners will not be required to pay an individual installation fee for FTTH
services

• Active Port Fee:
– The Active Port Fee will be payable on activation of the port

• Based on Estate entering into a 10 year agreement
