    Do not miss the Opening Ceremony, Tuesday, November 26, 2013, starting at 10:30 AM, Hall 1/0 of Sava Center. Everyyear around 1000 participants and guests from all Telecommunications and ICT fields participate in Opening Ceremony.

    PAPERS PRESENTATIONSAn accepted paper has to be presented in regular or student sections by its author or the co-author, strictlyfollowing the presentation instructions posted atwww.telfor.rsand added to this document.

    EXHIBITIONS, SPECIAL SECTIONS AND WORKSHOPSDuring the TELFOR, in rooms 1/0, Japan Salon and 4/1 one could follow the special, technical, information andcommercial presentations of the participating companies. See the Program.Quite a number of companies and institutions will present their products, systems and services at the TELFOR exhibitionin the Main Hall of SAVA Center.

    FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF PAPERSUpon closing of the Forum accepted and presented papers, with payed registration fees, will be submitted for

    possib le publication in the IEEE Xplore database(http://ieeexplore.ieee.org). Titles` and authors` list offinally accepted papers, together with the corresponding authors` Index, will be posted atwww.telfor.rs.

    TELFOR PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

    Author or co-author should present an accepted paper. Scientific and technical presentations should be presented by invited author or by the companys representative. For presenting a regular or student paper, for questions, answers and discussions, a maximum of 15-20 minutes is

    provided in total. Authors should prepare (and rehearse !) the presentation in accordance with the time given.Should the presentation last longer than the allowed time slot, the chairperson will stop the presentation at hisdiscretion.

    For invited papers and invited presentations, special sessions and presentations in technical and commercialsections, duration of time slots will be determined in agreement with the organizers.

    Authors should prepare paper/presentation summary in the form of short thesis, pictures, formulas and diagrams inthe form of a Windows Power Point file (or compatible), to be used for projection by computer and video beam.

    Copy of the presentation should be handed to technical personnel on a suitable medium (Flash memory) prior tobeginning of the session.

    Organizers will provide the technical equipment necessary for performing the presentation; however, the presentersare free to use their own laptops while presenting.

    Authors should adjust their presen tat ions for visibi li ty . Let ters, figures, tab les and formulas should bevisible from at l east 10m distance, bearing in mind that the projected surface is approximately 2*1.5 m. Textand Number size should be at least 24-28 points. One slide should not contain more than a few text lines,one photo or 1-2 formulas. Tables should not be larger then 6x5 rows/columns etc

    While presenting, it i s an advice for the presenters to leave out any compl icated explanations, formulas andto avoid complex technical details. The oral part of the presentation should focus on basic ideas, concepts,solutions and results, in accordance with the time slots given.

    Author should come to the presentation hall at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the session and is obliged toregister with technical secretary and chairperson.
