Telequip and Ezycom Merger creates leader

in business communications solutions in FNQ

1st February 2015, Cairns - Ezycom and Telequip today announced a merger between the two companies.

The merger positions the combined company as the leader in communications solutions in Far North

Queensland, offering a one-stop-shop for all business communications needs.

The combined company will adopt the Telequip brand and will be located at 137 Sheridan Street. Products

and services range from Telstra mobiles, GPS tracking devices and phone lines, to tailored IP phone system

solutions for any size business, data cabling, network services and Wi-Fi solutions.

Christine Oberhamberger, Managing Director at Telequip, is excited about the merger. “Both Ezycom and

Telequip have always had a focus on providing great customer service. With our combined strengths our

Telequip is a Telstra Partner, managing mobiles, phone lines, NBN connections and also managed IP

networks (WAN) for its customers. Phone system brands will include Aastra, Alcatel, Hybrex, Mitel and
