DIVERSION CLUB GOLF TOURNAMENT 1979

American Academy of Ophthalmology golfers will play the Lake Course of the private Olympic Club in San Francisco on Sunday, Nov 4, 1979. We are privileged to play on one of the best courses in the United States. Nearly every fairway tunnels through groves of eucalyptus, cypress, and cedar trees, and the course affords precious few level lies. The club is located on a gradually rising slope next to Lake Merced, a breeze away from the Pacific Ocean.

Richard Meissner, MD, will be defending the Desmond Curran low gross trophy, Richard Rupp, MD, the John Knight low net trophy, and Peter Choyce, the low putt Wesley Reid trophy.

An entry fee of $50 will defray cart and trophy expenses and green fees. For more information, write to Desmond Curran, MD, 4400 Broadway, Suite 109, Broadway Medical Building, Kansas City MO 64111; telephone 1-816-756-1333. Please state your handicap, with whom you wish to play, and preferred tee-off times. Only members of the Academy are eligible to receive winning trophies.

We are looking forward to a good day of golf!
