DTC’s Reverse Logistics and After Market Services encompass a broad range of
telecom equipment and material across all network layers (Customer Premises
Equipment, Central Office Switching, Transmission, Access, Data, and Wireless)
including associated sunken cable infrastructure. After Market Services help maintain
installed network platforms and support product lifecycle management supplying
legacy and obsolete multi-vendor parts.
DTC follows key processes during each stage of the Reverse Logistics Cycle to
maximise our clients’ potential investment recovery and support sustainability initiatives.
We assume legal and ethical responsibility for equipment collected or delivered and
use a unique, clean, green and socially responsible UK based recycling process.
DTC International’s wealth of recycling experience has allowed us to achieve a 100%
rate of recycling with respect to cabling; this is fully processed through granulation and
separation. Similarly, DTC is proud to offer over 96% recycling capabilities on complete
site recoveries, recycling as much as is physically possible, including packaging
material and batteries (these are forwarded on to an approved disposal specialist
guaranteeing all toxic and harmful materials are recycled safely in accordance with
current legislation).
Our recycling processes are constantly monitored and
reviewed through our ISO 14001 environmental
management system. Registration to and
compliance with ISO 9001 guarantees a
full audit trail of equipment, from the point
of collection through to disposal, providing
