WALK I N TEST

Subject : Filling up of vacant posts of Jr. Assistant on purely contractual basis against U R Category.

It is hereby informed to all eligible concerned that a Walk-in-test will be held in this college on

04.07.2018 for filling up one post of 'Junior Assistant' on purely contract basis against UR categorv

for a initial period of six months or till the post is filled up on permanent basis whichever is earlier.

Essential Qualifications:

1. A Senior Secondary School Certificate(+2) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized

Board/ University/ Institution with at least 50% marks or a Graduate from a recognized

University, and Diploma / Certificate of minimum 6 months duration in Computer

Application / Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/Financial Management! Accounts or

equivalent discipline.

OR

Graduate Degree in Computer Application /Office Management/ -Secretarial Practice/

Financial Management! Accounts or equivalent discipline from a recognized University.

2. Having a typing speed of 40 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting through

Computer.

27 Years (The upper age limit may be relaxed as per rules.) Un-reserved (UR)

All are interested candidates are required to reach the college premises sharp 9.00 a.m. to attend

the following:

(A) Registration Timings

(8) Test Timings

(C) TYPING TEST

9.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

(Paper-I) Objective 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. (Paper-II) Descriptive 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.

The date of typing test shall be notified on the date of written test. The typing test on computer may be conducted on the same day as per administrative feasibility, if situation so warrants.

No late entry after 9.00 a.m. shall be permitted under any circumstances.

Note: 1. Please bring a copy of detailed biodata, alongwith original certificates and self attested

photocopies of certificates and other testimonials in support of qualifications, caste, experience etc.

2. There will be a three hour test in two parts (Part-I for two hour & Part Ii for one hour) for Jr. Assistant post. Test will be conducted as per Delhi University norms. The candidate is advised to reach before time and register themselves for the test. The detailed syllabus is attached herewith.

3. The college reserves the right to change the number/nature of post or not to fill any post. 4. No TNDA will be paid for attending the test. 5. Any addendum/corrigendum shall be posted only on the college website. 6. Merely appearing in test does not confer any right of contractual appointment.
