for students to watch live, or review on-demand.
Tegrity Overview
Learning Objectives:
-Demonstrate how to use Tegrity in classrooms.
-Demonstrate how to use Tegrity at home (any location).
Outcomes:
-Faculty members should feel comfortable using Tegrity to record classes.
-Faculty members should consider “flipping” their class (recording lectures prior to class).

Recording with Tegrity in Class
Login to Blackboard
https://blackboard.campbell.edu/
Navigate to the course you want to record in class
Click on “Tegrity Classes”
Click on “Start a Recording”
Be sure that the instructor video box is checked and you can see yourself in the preview screen
Click on “Record”
Do not adjust the settings in Tegrity
Recording a Class Cameras are in classrooms for
Tegrity recording
Tegrity Recorder Toolbar open at the bottom of your screen
You can use the Tegrity icons to “Pause” and/or “Resume” during class breaks
You should use the Tegrity icon “Stop” to stop the recording at the end of class
Select “Upload”(in the background) the Tegrity recording
Recording with Tegrity in Blackboard (Any Location) Recording in Tegrity can occur anytime/any location
Log into Blackboard
Select the course to record your lecture
You can record your lectures prior to class
Click on “Tegrity Classes” in the Blackboard course
Assignment outside of class for students: Watch lecture and prepare to discuss
Using Tegrity in Blackboard-InstallationFirst Time Tegrity Users in Blackboard:
1. Download the Tegrity Recordings Manager Installation
2. Double-click the downloaded file TegrityManager.exe
3. Tegrity Recordings Manager will launch in a few moments
4. If Tegrity Recordings Manager did not start, click
5. If you see this dialog, check "Remember my choice for tegrity links" and click "OK"
Start a Recording in Blackboard• Wear a microphone headset
• Click on “Start a Recording”
• Tegrity Recorder box will appear
• Select “Instructor Video”
• You will be able to share your computer screen
• Click on the “Stop” icon to end
View and Course Tasks in Tegrity
View Tab• Sort by• Title• Date• Duration• Tags• (Show all recording)
