Technip USA is currently helping develop a new technology to convert biomass to bio-oil through fast pyrolysis.
A Pilot Demonstration Unit (PDU) using Technip’s Dorr-Oliver FluoSolids® has been built to verify and validate the new bio-oil technology.
Small quantity of bio-oil have already been produced.
Full testing of the new bio-oil technology pending.
