Turn off the

ID

PCB power

Power on

ID PCB Upgrade

1. Short the Jumper JP1, JP3 ~ JP6 on the PCB

2. Connect the ID PCB and Gateway

Turn on the upgrade

software in PC and

select parametersUpgrade

Revert the jumpers back to factory default setting after the completion of

upgrade

2. Connect the OD PCB and Gateway

software in PC and

select parameters

Revert the jumpers back to factory default setting after the completion of

upgrade

1. Remove MCU board & short the Jumper P1 ~ P5 on the PCB

2. Connect the OD PCB and Gateway

Revert the jumpers back to factory default setting after the completion of

upgrade

Precaution:

EXV opening setting

Adjust target super heat. The default value for R22 is 5 whereas 3 for R410A

Critical point of defrost curve

Defrost stop when reach this temp (TH9)

If TH9 ≤ TscA1, target sub-cool is TscT1

If TscA1 < TH9 < TscA2, target sub-cool is TscT2

If TH9 ≥ TscA2, target sub-cool is TscT3

Heating EXV motion coefficient.
