ZALUX EVOLUCIONAEl incremento de la preocupación por la sosteni-bilidad y el medio ambiente han generado nue-vos desarrollos tecnológicos enfocados al ahorro energético y la reducción de emisiones de CO2. El sector de la iluminación ha encontrado en la tecnología LED la forma de seguir esta tendencia.

Zalux, consciente de esto, apuesta por incorporar esta nueva tecnología a sus productos, desarro-llando nuevas luminarias diseñadas específica-mente para LED.

RECOMENDACIONES PARA EL CORRECTO USO DE LAS LUMINARIAS

CONDICIONES AMBIENTALESEl rango de temperatura ambiente para el fun-cionamiento de las luminarias abarca desde los -30 ºC a los +40 ºC dependiendo del modelo.

La presencia de agentes químicos debe analizar-se antes de la elección de la luminaria, ya que puede afectar a su vida útil.

No deben exponerse a la radiación solar de for-ma directa.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE CORRECT USE OF THE LUMINAIRES

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONSThe ambient temperature range for proper functioning of the luminaires is between -30 ºC and +40 ºC, depending on the luminaire.

Chemical factors are to be taken into consideration as they could affect the lifetime of the luminaires.

RECOMENDACIONES PARA EL USO

Para garantizar el funcionamiento en caso de emergencia todas las luminarias deben ser comprobados periódicamente.

Las luminarias de emergencia y de señalización deben estar situadas de forma que indiquen claramente las vías de evacuación y la salida final. En caso de que el recorrido de salida o la salida final no estén fácilmente identificables, debería añadirse una señal de salida de emergencia.

ATEX: HAZARDOUS ATMOSPHERES

An ATEX atmosphere relates to a mix of air with inflammable substances (gas, vapours, fog or dust) where after the ignition, combustion spreads towards the non-burnt mix.

In order for the explosion to happen, all the following need to happen:- Combustible substance (gas, vapour, fog or

dust)- Ignition source- Oxidant (air)

In a place where there is an hazardous atmosphere, we need to bear in mind two different aspects:- The equipment to be installed in such area

needs to be safe and not susceptible to initiate the explosion.

- The way in which work is carried out in such a hazardous area.

Directive 94/9/EC on “equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX)” establishes the essential safety requirements that all equipment and product to be used in such environment need to comply with, as well as the procedure for conformity acreditation.

This is the symbol that needs to appear in all the ATEX products, as a part of the marking.

ATEX: ATMÓSFERAS EXPLOSIVAS Una atmósfera ATEX es una mezcla de aire con sus-tancias inflamables en forma de gases, vapores, nieblas o polvo, en la que después de una ignición, la combustión se propaga hacia la mezcla no que-mada.

Para que se produzca una explosión debe coincidir:- Sustancia combustible (gas, vapor, niebla o

Por el lado de la seguridad de los productos y en relación con los equipos y productos para uso en atmósferas explosivas, la Directiva 94/9/CE “Equipos y sistemas de protección previstos para uso en atmósferas potencialmente explosivas“ establece los Requisitos Esenciales de Seguridad que deben cumplir dichos productos, así como los procedimientos para la acreditación de la conformidad.

Este es el símbolo que debe aparecer en todos los aparatos ATEX, formando parte del marcado.

EMERGENCY LUMINAIRES LUMINARIAS DE EMERGENCIAEmergency lighting is a battery-backed lighting device that comes on automatically when a mains failure occurs. They provide light in the event of an emergency to allow occupants to safely evacuate the building or simply, provide enough light for essential operations to take place.

A) Self-contained luminairesIs an emergency lighting fixture in which all the components, such as the battery, are contained within the luminaire or adjacent to it i.e. within 1m cable length. These devices allow emergency lighting independent of the mains supply. They feed on a rechargeable battery.

B) Central batteryAn emergency luminaire, which is energized from a central emergency power system that is not contained within the luminaire. The power supply is realised from a centralised point.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL GEARS FOR FLUORESCENT LAMPS

The ignition and the current limitation of the gas discharge in a fluorescent lamp require a control unit connected in series.

Conventional technique uses an iron core wound with copper wire in combination with a separate starter. Essential advantages are offered when using high quality electronic

1. Fuentes de suministroLas luminarias ZALUX, S.A., se pueden obtener a través de nuestra red de distribuidores en los diferentes países.2. OfertasLas ofertas escritas, orales y telefónicas son sin compromiso. La entrega de ofertas no nos obliga a aceptar el pedido. Todo pedido o compromiso sólo tiene validez si ha sido ratificado por nosotros expresamente por escrito.3. PreciosLos precios de la Tarifa vigente, se entienden para materiales puestos en nuestros almacenes. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificaciones de

posible.4. Plazos de entregaLos plazos de entrega serán confirmados individualmente una vez aceptado el pedido. Los plazos de entrega se respetarán y en caso de modificación por motivos de producción o de fuerza mayor se informará al cliente con antelación al plazo acordado, para su aceptación. Los retrasos en la entrega no autorizan al comprador a la anulación del pedido ni a la aplicación de penalizaciones ni indemnizaciones, salvo que se haya convenido expresa-mente lo contrario.5. PedidosLos pedidos en curso podrán ser unilateralmente anulados por ZALUX, S.A., si sobrevienen las circunstancias de fuerza mayor que impidan su cumpli-

industriales, perturbaciones laborales,falta de materias primas, etc. Los pedidos de materiales de fabricación especial no podrán anularse por el comprador sin nuestra aprobación por escrito. En caso de aceptación por nuestra parte, serían a cargo del comprador los gastos originados hasta el momento de su anulación.6. EmbalajesLos productos se venden en su embalaje original de cartón. Si las circuns-tancias aconsejan o el comprador nos indica utilizar otro embalaje, éste será cargado al comprador a su precio de coste.7. TransporteCon la entrega de la mercancía a la agencia de transportes se considerará la entrega como efectuada correctamente. Los riesgos de transporte en el envío de nuestros productos son por cuenta del comprador, que úni-camente podrá reclamar a la agencia encargada del transporte los daños ocasionados en el mismo. Colaboraremos con sumo agrado para apoyar su reclamación con datos, etc.8. MedidasLas medidas están dadas en las descripciones de los modelos en milímetros. Nos reservamos el derecho de introducir pequeñas tolerancias en las medi-das, así como modificaciones debidas a mejoras en los modelos, siendo los precios susceptibles de variación por esta causa.9. ReclamacionesReclamaciones relativas a faltas numéricas y defectos, tendrán sólo validez si se ha enviado la oportuna reclamación dentro de los siete días a partir de la recepción de la mercancía. Si las reclamaciones son fundadas y si la mercancía permanece en su estado original, se enviará la correspondiente recepción.10. Devoluciones de materialNo se aceptarán devoluciones de material por instrucciones equivocadas, formas, cantidades o material a reparar, si previamente no existe nuestra autorización por escrito. Estas devoluciones tendrán que remitirse a portes pagados con un demérito mínimo del 30%.No se acepta la devolución de productos de fabricación especial.11. Derechos de propiedadEn todo caso y aún frente a terceros, ZALUX, S.A., conserva la plena pro-piedad de todos los materiales suministrados, en tanto no quede cumplida por entero la recíproca condición de pago del importe.12. Derechos de patenteTodos los modelos de este catálogo están protegidos por la ley. Se persegui-rá con arreglo a la misma cualquier imitación.13. ReimpresionesQueda prohibida la reproducción total o parcial de este catálogo sin la co-rrespondiente autorización por escrito de ZALUX, S.A.14. PagoLa forma de pago será establecida en el momento de efectuar el pedido en firme de la mercancía, de acuerdo con las normas usuales en ZALUX, S.A.15. Lugar de cumplimiento y jurisdicciónPara cuantas cuestiones puedan surgir en el cumplimiento o interpretación de estas normas generales, los contratantes, con renuncia expresa de cual-quier fuero que pudiera corresponderles, se someten expresamente a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Zaragoza.16. ModificacionesZALUX, S.A. dentro de su proceso de mejora continua, se reserva el derecho de modificar sus especificaciones técnicas sin previo aviso.
