Directions for Vibrant Lawns & PlantsOn the Lawn: For existing lawns, apply spring and early fall at: 1 lb./200 sq. ft. of area, 25 Lbs./5,000 sq. ft., 50 Lbs./10,000 sq. ft. Use this product as a supplement to your normal lawn fertilization program. When used as directed, this product provides .30 lbs. nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft. of lawn per application. Typical lawns will use 1-4 lbs. nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft. per growing season. For new lawns, use Earth Elements Ultimate Starter Garden Fertilizer.Around All Trees and Shrubs: 1/2 Cup/ft. (height) of plant when planting tree or shrub, mix with soil. Sidedress plants twice during growing season at the same rate.Spreader Settings: Set the spreader opening to be 1/3 open for above application rate. For heavier application rates increase opening slightly.
