MAXIFLOOR ® MFC 301 UV PUD CONCRETE MAXIFLOOR ® MFC 301 UV PUD Concrete is a 4-component, waterborn, self-smoothing polyurethane dispersion flooring system for floor leveler ( min.2 mm thick). This product is an excellent color fast, weather resistant and durable finish to the system. It is resistance to water and oil, good flow ability and can be over coated with epoxy and polyurethane flooring system. Compressive strength of concrete floor must be more than 25 N/mm 2 . Direct trawl finish concrete without cement render is the best surface condition for epoxy flooring. The temperature of the substrate must be at least 3°C above the current dew point temperature. Good ventilation is necessary when the paint is used in confined spaces. Correct substrate preparation is critical for optimum performance. A health and safety data sheet is available for this product on request. Please observe the precautionary notices on the container. Apply under well-ventilated conditions. Do not breathe or inhale vapour. Avoid skin contact. Spillage on skin should immediately be removed with suitable cleaner, soap and water. Eyes should be well flushed with water and medical attention sought immediately.

    HEALTH AND SAFETY

    Primer :MAXIFLOOR® MFP 251 WB Epoxy Concrete Primer (comp. A + B), approx.100 – 200 g/m2 depending on substrate condition. Selfsmoothing flooring system :MAXIFLOOR® MFC 301 UV PUD Concrete (Comp. A + B + C + D + water ), approx. 4.5 Kg/m2 for 2 mm layer thickness.

    MATERIAL CONSUMPTION

If the surface preparation system used has not removed deeply penetrating contamination such as oil, blasting the substrate with hot compressed air followed by an application of a sealing compound can be considered. Consult your local MAXIFLOOR® Technical Department for further information.

    CONTAMINATION

Prior to mixing, stir Part A (resin) well, then add all of Part B (hardener) and mix both liquid parts thoroughly with a lowspeed electric stirrer for a minimum of one minute until a uniform mix has been achieved. To achieve good bond of the mortar to the substrate, apply MAXIFLOOR® MFP 251 WB as a primer.Gradually add Part C (aggregate) to the mixed resin parts in the mixer for a further 3 minutes minimum, until a uniform, than add Part D (colorant) than mix until a uniform. Use a low speed drill (500 rpm) and a helical mixer to mix MAXIFLOOR® MFC 301 UV PUD Concrete Part A, B, C , D.Pour the mixed MAXIFLOOR® MFC 301 UV PUD Concrete onto the substrate and spread evenly with a rubber squeegee to the required levels, achieving a flat surface. Light spike rolling should be carried out within 3 minutes of application in order to avoid interfering with the film gel time.Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be mechanically removed.

    APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

    DISCLAIMER

    TECHNICAL DATA

structurally sound, clean and free from loose particles, oil, grease and all other contaminants. Remove oil, grease and wax contaminants by scrubbing with industrial grade detergent or degreasing compound followed by mechanical cleaning. Cement laitance, loose particles, mould release agent, curing membrane and other contaminants must be removed from surface by shot blasting, scarifying or grit blasting followed by vacuum cleaning. After pretreatment of the substrate, the bonding strength of the substrate must be at least 1.5 N/mm2. MAXIFLOOR® MFC 301 UV PUD Concrete should not be exposed to water, chemicals or mechanical stress for at least 24 hours.
