General Overview

Entry will begin 1 hour prior to show

Restricted areas (construction sites, faculty and staff residence, hall 10 rear and left

side, road connecting airstrip and environment building, academic area after 11:59

PM, area beyond health centre: GH2 road, airstrip, indoor sports complex, adjoining

villages) will be indicated by no entry zone

Proper allocation of areas for parking: road connecting hall 7 and hall 8 (New SAC)

and inside shopping centre in front of SBI (Auditorium)

Fire Brigade and ambulance will be present during shows

Strict frisking in the event held at Auditorium, Audi ground, New SAC and Outreach

auditorium

Camera, Bags and any potential hazardous items will not be allowed inside the venue

Number of barricades required will be around 15-20

Number of VLCs required will be around 8-10

Any person under the influence of intoxicant(s) will be denied entry

Entry Policy during event Faculty Invitation(500 Invitation)

Staff /RA Entry(1500): Only 1 person is allowed based on Institute ID card

Guest Invitation(100 pass): Only 1 person is allowed per pass

Sponsor Card(150 pass): Only 1 person is allowed per pass (Only valid with

company ID card)

Media Card(50 pass): Only 1 person is allowed per pass

IITK Student: 1 entry on their respective Institute ID Card

Non IITK Participants(1800+500participants): 1 entry on the basis of hospitality

booklet issued by us with photograph and Techkriti stamp and hologram over it

500 Students will be allowed in the morning and leave in the evening during the

festival. Entry will be based on NOC and payment slip

InstructionsAll the participants must carry their college ID cards and booklets(Issued by

hospitality cell) during the festival and should produce the same on demand.

Participants are also required to carry their NOC’s along with them

Consumption of liquor or any other intoxicant or smoking is strictly prohibited

Any kind of indiscipline during any time of the festival shall lead to strict disciplinary actions against the contingent concerned

Entry into academic area is prohibited after 11:59 PM

Entering into the restricted areas shall lead to strict disciplinary actions

No consumption, storage or carrying of any intoxicant substances or smoking at the place of accommodation

Male participants are not allowed to enter any of the girls accommodation(Hall and quarters). Girls are allowed to visit boy’s hostel from 6 AM to 11:59 PM with confinement to central quadrangle and canteen.

Entry in the accommodation rooms is strictly not allowed

Participants should not damage any hall property

Observe the rules and regulations of the respective places of accommodation. Cooperate with respective HECs and hall residents
