Een van de hoofdactiviteiten is het leveren van

naadloze/gelaste warmtewisselaar- en condensor-

buizen uit voorraad en af fabriek met korte levertij-

den, om in de directe behoeften van de chemische

en petrochemische industrie te kunnen voorzien.

In samenwerking met onze zusteronderneming

Tebunus Tube Bending (TTB) worden voornamelijk

ten behoeve van apparaten- en ketelbouw ook

gebogen buizen geleverd.

Het complete programma van TTB/TTN

bestaat uit:

Het leveren van:

• warmtewisselaar- en condensorbuizen in de

maten 9,53 mm t/m 50,8 mm O.D.

uit voorraad: ± 800 ton

• gevinde buizen

Verwerking:

• het koud buigen van buizen tot en met een

maximale diameter van 114,3 mm voor alle

toepassingsgebieden

• U-buizen (hairpins) voor warmtewisselaars en

condensors

Het uitvoeren van:

• zagen op maat en ontbramen

• hydrostatische test tot ca. 500 bar

• penetrant en magnetisch onderzoek

• hardheidsmeting volgens diverse methoden

• spanningsarm en oplossend gloeien

• ultrasone wanddiktemeting

Het verpakken in:

• zeewaardige houten kisten

• stalen rekken, eventueel met kunststof beschermd

• houten latten, eventueel gecombineerd met

plastic folie

Kwaliteitscontrole:

• door middel van een eigen kwaliteitscontrole

gebaseerd op de NEN-ISO 9001-2000

kwaliteitsnorm

• overstempelingsbevoegdheid

Productafname kan geschieden door opdrachtge-

ver of onafhankelijke officieel erkende instanties

One of the main activities is the supply of seamless

and welded heat exchanger and condenser tubes

from stock and on short delivery ex mill, to serve

the immediate needs of the Chemical and Petro-

chemical Industry.

In cooperation with our sistercompany Tebunus

Tube Bending (TTB) we also supply bent tubes for

boiler-, condenser- and heat exchanger

fabricators.

The complete supply program of TTB/TTN

comprises:

Supply:

• heat exchanger and condenser tubes with an

outside diameter of 9,53 up to 50,8 mm

from stock: approx. 800 tons

• finned tubes

Manufacturing:

• cold bending of tubes with a maximum outside

diameter of 114,3 mm

• U-tubes (hairpins) for heat exchangers and

condensers

Additional service:

• cutting: to required length and deburring

• testing: hydrostatically up to approx. 500 bar

• checking according to: dye penetrant and

magnaflux method

• hardness testing to diverse methods

• heat treatment and solution annealing

• ultrasone measuring of wall thickness

Packing:

• in seaworthy wooden boxes

• steel racks (if required, protected with plastic

sheets)

• wooden laths eventually combined with plastic

foil

Quality control:

• based on NEN-ISO 9001-2000 quality standard

• authorized for remarking

Inspection prior to shipment can be carried out by

customer or independent organizations such as:

Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, TÜV, Stoomwezen,

Germanischer Lloyd, Det Norske Veritas, Vinçotte

and others.

Our products are used by steel construction

companies such as boiler and heat exchanger fabri-

cators as well as in other industries. Our manufactu-

ring program includes elbows, return bends,

railing/fencing plus of course special tube bending

to order. A wide variety of metals such as Carbon

Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass and Aluminium

are used.

Both small orders and annual contracts are

accepted; we offer complete supply or will

process customers free issue material.

Tebunus Tube Bending bv vervaardigt onder meer

bocht- en leidingstukken, leuning- en hekwerken

en ’U’-buizen, alsmede speciaal buigwerk volgens

tekening. Verwerkt worden, naast alle gebruikelijke

ongelegeerde en gelegeerde staalsoorten, roest-

vaststaal, koper, messing en aluminium met buisdia-

meters tot 114,3 mm. Voor de vervaardiging van dit

buigwerk worden opdrachten voor zowel enkele

stuks als voor grote partijen op jaarbasis uitgevoerd,

in- of exclusief toelevering van de te verwerken

materialen.
