TEAM ADVENTURES FACILITATORS• Outbound Learning: This facilitation model uses the experience

hat any outbound / experiential program provides to exploregroup processes and gets the team to look at outcomes thathave direct co-relation to behaviour of the team and itsmembers. The objective of this model is an attunement for theparticipants into what are the behaviours that are hinderingthe team and what are the desired behaviours that will takethem forward.Team Coaching: This simple model looks at how teams can lookat changing their behaviour over time to be more productiveand improve their performance. The model works on the formatof feed forward as opposed to the concept of feedback andworks at each team member identifying simple areas ofimprovement that would make them better team players.Challenge by Choice: This model of facilitation works on thesimple premise that individuals are responsible for their actionsand unless they take ownership and look within as opposed tofinding fault with others, it is unlikely that things can reallychange. This model looks at individuals in any group and howindividual decisions tend to influence a group and the way itfunctions.
