Our Team Leader Level 3 apprenticeship develops key competencies for aspiring and new managers to successfully lead a team.The learner journey below shows the learning outcomes of the programme, and how it is typically arranged.

After completing this apprenticeship, the Foundation Chartered Manager status will also be embedded into the CMI EPA for the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship. Foundation Chartered Managers will be expected to keep a CPD log that will be reviewed annually.
In order to maintain the status, they must remain members of the CMI. This enables them to access the resources and networking they need in order to progress their development.
Evidencing 20% off-the-job learning
We are the apprenticeship experts and can help advise you on how best to do this. Our programme facilitates off-the-job learning; it has been developed using a blend of online learning, on-the-job learning, and classroom training. This 20% must be done within working hours.
