WHAT IS THE POWER HOUR?• It’s a system taught by Belinda Ellsworth that helps

you be accountable to YOU.

• Take an hour in a day and break it into 4 income producing activities.

• Give them 15 minutes of YOUR undivided attention. You have to do it for 15 minutes no matter what.

15 MINUTES - HOSTESSESReach out to current Hostesses to ensure a successful Jewelry Bar.

• Provide her with any relevant O2 updates-Shipping schedule info (i.e. Mother’s Day)-Hostess exclusive, limited edition items, PAL

• Take this time to update Facebook events for in home, Take Out or Facebook parties

• Discuss details you need as her Designer to finalize the JB-Date, time, location, theme-Get their guest list so you can mail invites for her-Just to say hello + let her know how excited you are for her JB!

• Give her 6 bullet points to share on her social media platforms in the week leading up to the event. They can be specific to her, her group of friends, and network. Provide her with O2 branded photos that correlate with her story to post. Choose from specials, fashion tips, tell your story, what’s in your locket, fun, a recipe she’ll be serving at the JB, etc.

• Remember: Attendance is key to any JB -More people text today than ever- Make a Save the Date, reminder, day of reminder-Utilize Red Stamp

• What’s in it for their friends? Your friends will love + appreciate YOU for hosting a fun entertaining Jewelry Bar they will enjoy.

• Text, FB message, email, or call (however THEY prefer to communicate). Show them what O2 can offer them, i.e., Hostess Exclusive, Limited Edition Charms, NEW Hostess Rewards program, a reason to have a night of FUN!

15 MINUTES – SPONSORING• Good follow up is key because many tell you “not right now.”

• Follow up immediately with HOT leads.

• Don't stop till they say “NO, absolutely not.”

• Spouses, mothers and friends will talk them out of it. Women get excited, men need time to process.

• Give them a week, then follow up. Keep sharing till they tell you to stop.
