Voss Heavy Duty TCS “Cost-Saver” Band Clamps feature a standard T-Bolt and trunnion style latch, stainless steel band

and flanged floating bridge for strength, ease of installation, and equalized clamping pressure.

TCS Band Clamps are outstanding for all types of nonmetallic hose, tube ducting, sleeve-type and related applications. The basic TCS design permits Voss to manufacture and stock key parts in advance of orders. This process reduces lead time for quicker deliveries.

Voss TCS “Cost-Saver” Band Clamps use heat-treated 1/4-28 UNF-3A plated steel T-bolts with plated steel locknuts for excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and ease of assembly.

A crimped-in-place, flanged, floating bridge remains centered in the opening between clamp ends during tightening, distributing clamping force equally around the hose. A smooth inner band pevents hoses from being cut or bulging while allowing greater torquing capability than conventional worm gear clamps. These features help ensure an equalized 360 degree clamping force around the hose for tight connections.
