Pam is the Director of Programs and Training for The Biggest Job®, the family and community-building program for Hyde Schools and for communities throughout the country. She presents The Biggest Job®, as well as develops and supervises training for workshop facilitators who deliver the 10 Priorities—the ten core beliefs that comprise the philosophy of The Biggest Job® to parents, schools, and corporations. Pam holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University.

Lori is the SE Marketing Director for the TBJ and Admissions Consultant for Hyde Schools. With over 25+ years in media & marketing, she presents The Biggest Job®, to educators while developing customized marketing plans & strategies to reach your parents providing turn-key efforts for your school. Lori implements, executes and encourages annual parenting events (like the relationship Lori created with Saint Andrews School). Lori provides school faculty feedback through debriefing summaries from parent’s who have attended workshops. She also creates methods and marketing ideas of way to encourage parent’s participation. Lori graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. Degree in Marketing.
