TB Salers Production Sale 2012

TBWelcome to our annual production sale. The hot and dry summer took a lot of yield from our corn production this year, but with in-dustry hybrids of today we still had plenty of corn for silage, made earlage and sold a few bushels of corn at harvest for the very first time for our operation.

My point is, with today’s genetics in the Salers bulls and females that we are offering, will absolutely make you more money than any other breed of cattle from birth vigor to feedlot performance or the stayability of the Salers females. There is no other breed of cattle that can compare. Some operations are going back to the old and first crossbreeding that we had going 30 to 40 years ago. That’s fine, but the Salers influence will put more dollars in your pocket every year without question.

We will offer the largest group of powerful purebred Optimizer red and black bulls ever. The bulls were put on a ration of earlage, ground hay, silage and a distiller pellet.

This year’s featured sire of the heifers is TSB Reno. His first daughters calved last spring and they look good. They are moderate framed and good uddered.
