POOL SEASON 2016 BEGINSThe pool will be open this Saturday, May 28th, Sunday, May 29th and Monday (Memorial Day) 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

AS YOU REQUESTEDBeginning next Saturday—June 4th, the pool will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. through Labor Day.

POOL PASSESAs always, for Memorial Day weekend a pass is not required. Beginning June 4th, however, you must have a pass to enter the pool area. You can pick up your passes at the office during normal hours:

9 a.m. to 5 p.m.Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

and11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday

Passes will not be issued to anyone delinquent in their fees or unregistered tenants.Each unit will receive three passes. If you can’t get to the office to pick up your pass, let the office know and they can be mailed.

WHAT IS “NON-TRANSFERABLE”?Although you may use your extra passes for guests, you—the unit owner/resident - must remain with your guest(s) at the pool. Do not give your pass to anyone. If you do give your pass to a non-resident and you are not accompanying him/her, your passes will be revoked. (The same goes for your health club key fob.)

RULES ARE THE SAMEPlease be sure you read and abide by all of the Rules and Regulations of the pool so that every one can enjoy and be safe. The Pool & Health Club Rules are posted at the pool and in the clubhouse and on the website—tavistockcondos.com

ABSOLUTELY MUST—Check and replace your hot water heater and washer hoses.Have your dryer duct cleaned professionallyHave your chimney cleaned if you’ve used your fireplace

Keep your deck drains clear of debrisChange your smoke alarm batteries or at least check it Provide your email and phone number to the Tavistock office

ABSOLUTELY NOT—NO candles, tiki torches, or open flames of any type on your deck or patioNO Cigarette butts in the mulchNO Patio enclosures of any typeNO Unleashed dogs or cats and NONE of their poop left un-scoopedNO Perennial plants, vegetable plants or wildflowers in the beds.NO TRASH OUTSIDE BEFORE MONDAY EVENING for Tuesday pickup.

Cement repair and replacement. Various areas of sidewalk will be replaced or repaired over the next few months, weather permitting. Warm, dry days are what we are waiting for!Painting - Wood trim, doors, and painted surfaces on Units #261-424 will begin in late June. Some wood will be replaced before it is painted. A notice will be left at your door a few days before the painting begins in your area. Potholes - Any day now, major potholes will be repaired. We are waiting for the contractor to catch up his schedule which was delayed due to the bad springtime weather.Planting & Landscape Rehab - The rehab of plantings of three buildings will be done in early fall. Buildings to be determined….FHA Funding Approval - The long, intense application has been submitted and still needs a little more work before final approval (or rejection).
