Ľubomír Závodný Investor/ Investor: TC Byty Developer: Tatra Residence, (Tatra banka Group) Ralizácia/ Cnstruction: STAMART/ZIPP 2007-2009 Stručný popis územia/ Bief description: Complex Tatracity is polyfunctional complex of residence, amenities and administrative spaces. It is located on Černyševského street in Petržalka, close to Bratislavas Old Bridge. In its close distance there is a highway over the town, but access there is complicated due to railway track in the north that separates the polyfunctional complex. Object consists of high-rise administrative building that serves as bank and of apartment complex with 96 apartments. This project is interesting with its location close to Aupark, Sad Janka Kráľa, panoramic views of town and castle. In close neighborhood there is a grocery and polyfunctional shopping centre. In the nearby there are all the necessary services – kindergarten, schools, health and cultural centre. Directly in object: cosmetics, vine shop, flower shop, help-yourself restaurant BonJour and ATMs. The apartments are two-room till four-room with area of 75 – 135 m2. Tatracity is connected to public transport – bus transport. Complex consists of apartment part characteristic by 6-floor plinth, which façade is covered with continuous strip of loggias. Out of it grow two volumes of apartment towers at height of 7 floors with apartments and one mezzanine. This part knots to original 8-floor administrative building of bank. In the eastern part of a parcel there is going to be 18-floor office building that creates a dominant of whole project and its surrounding. The tower integrates car overpass over the highway.
