few systems/ models in which farmers are

assured of a market for their produce whilst

process to use spent compost. Normally this compost is discarded after each growing

cycle of mushrooms is over. Spent compost have high amounts of salt, and when left

untreated, will leech into the ground overlong period of time. This leeching process is
