A- I worked for AL-Nour Construction Company ( NCC ) in Egypt from July 2008 till April 2011 as planning & Cost control engineer in the following projects :

1- Precast concrete fence . 2- Double protection metallic fence . 3- Construction of new car parking . 4- Civil work for BOG Desuperheater . Owner : Spanish Egyptian Gas Company (SEGAS) . 5- Finishing work of administrative services building . Owner : Misr Fertilizer Production Company ( MOPCO ) . 6- Finishing work of MOPCO 1 – 2 project ( New factory of Egyptian Nitrogen Products Company ) (ENPC) At Damietta port .

JOB RESPONSIBILITIE:

- Developing, scheduling and updating works schedules. - Resource (manpower & Equipment) histogram and allocation. - Tracking, monitoring and forecasting progress of all activities and deliverables. - Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/ S-Curve). - Reports and analysis deviation from plan. - Works schedule cost loading, monitoring and Earned Value analysis. - Productivity rates analysis.

B- I worked for Mohamed shatta establishment in Saudi Arabia from April 2011 till April 2013 in schools projects for Ministry Of Education as planning engineer & Cost Control Engineer.

C- I work for Mutlaq Al-Ghowari Co. For Contracting Limited in Saudi Arabia as planning & Cost control engineer in thefollowing projects: 1- The construction of Sub-transport pipe lines feeding centers, on main transport pipe line 1 – Qassim Total lengths 529000 L.m Ductile pipes with valves champer . Total value 137,827,300 SAR from April 2013 Until January 2015 2- WATER SUPPLY RIYADH CITY - SAADLOT 3 ( National Water Company ) - Ductile pipes with valves champer & Asphalt Roads & Administrative building with Total value 198,000,000 SAR from January 2015 Until Now .

JOB RESPONSIBILITIE:

- The preparation of the Baselines’ Schedules including WBS, Activities, Milestones, Resources, Activity Codes . - Develop the progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates . - Develop the performance measurement system (EVM) plus the early and late distribution of cost/units using Primavera P6 . - Update and control the time schedule weekly basis through P6 based on the weekly updated progress registers and actual progress feedback from the Site Mangers. - Develop S-Curve and variance analysis and propose corrective actions. -Develop the internal and external weekly & monthly progress reports for the project. -Develop the 30 days activates’ look ahead reports. - Monitor construction progress on site as long is required. - Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings with client & consultant . - Attend internal progress weekly progress meeting with the project team. - Develop Monthly Cost Report & Monthly Progress Report . - Develop Risk Register & Update it monthly .
