Software licensing: Managing software usage of entire organization for all geographies, Adherence to software compliance considering base line company productivity, ensuring software reusability thereby making use of available resources. Estimate proposals for project environment based on Microsoft, IBM or any random software. Microsoft Licensing Statement (MLS) analysis for transaction and entitlement data and then upload agreements and licenses on Snow License Manager.

Generate audit reports for demonstrating software license compliance, validate and send them to higher authority to be signed after all the analysis to reduce the risk

Giving technology solutions to different projects within the company (Sapient and BV) depending on the environment which includes licensing of different publishers like Microsoft, Oracle, IBM.

Software compliance initiative through Snow License Manager and SCCM. It helped us maintain the use of all software usage in the company. Taking care for all licenses used provided by client organization. Analyze license contracts. Investigation and clarification with the software publishers. External technical and project coordination with requesters and SAM tool providers.

Asset management: Tracking of all assets of the company, tracking and usage of assets, update devices on status basis (active, inactive, quarantine),

Procurement management with tools like Maia, Oracle. Contacting multiple vendors for cost, negotiating, raising requisition, updating license in tracking tool, collecting invoice, license keys/softcopy/CD from the vendor.

Helpdesk activities involved ticketing tool (BMC Remedy), Unicentre, Queue Monitoring, analyzing the requester’s request and providing solution regarding Software request.

Hands on experience with tools like Snow License Manager, ILMT 7.0 SCCM, Oracle application, Remedy, Managed Lockwood Asset Tracker System for different software licenses (creation, allocation), SNC Ticketing Tool, MAP tool.
