Tantalum, Lithium, Niobium and Rare Earths CRITICAL ELEMENTS CORPORATION is a Canadian mining exploration company whose objective is to create value for its shareholders by acquiring promising projects that can be brought into production in the short term.
THE COMPANY is focused on the rare metals and rare earths, particularly tantalum. It has achieved its objective with the ROSE TANTALUM-LITHIUM PROJECT, which is currently at the advanced exploration stage. Based on the work programs developed and positive results, Critical Elements Corporation is aiming to put the Rose project into production within 36 to 42 months. Rose is one of several promising projects in this sector, most no-tably the rare earth projects in the ROCKY MOUNTAINS of British Columbia and the rare earth and tantalum-niobium projects in Quebec. The Company look for projects that could increase its tantalum resources and enable it to become the largest tantalum producer in North America.
* The Resources were compiled using a cut-off grade of 0.75% Li2O .

Resource estimate above takes into account only the lithium, It excludes identifi ed intersections of pegmatites as well as other zones with lower lithium but higher tantalum content. The presence of other elements, particularly tantalum, warrants a re-eva-luation of the above resource, however the current resource estimate clearly demonstrates that des-pite the limited drilling to date, the Rose deposit is a large well defi ned lithium, tantalum and beryllium-bearing structure. The resources are contained in fi ve subhorizontal pegmatites, at and near surface. The thickness of the pegmatites varies from 2m to 15m. There is an excellent potential to increase considerably and quickly the size of the de-posit at Rose itself as well as at the nearby additional showings on the Rose property.

Restrictions on Product from Confl ict RegionsUS Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Jul 2010) requires all US-listed companies to provide the SEC with an annual report stating that they do not source raw materials such tantalum from confl ict areas.
Similar positions have been taken by the UN and the European Community.Result: Withdrawal of large portion of supply from an already tight market• Upward Price Pressure Continues• Long term: Market requires additional production
from new projects
Future Energy - Main categories of lithium use include batteries for mobile electronic devices, hybrid/electric vehicles, solar and wind generation accumulators, glass and ceramics.

Rocky MountainRare Earth and Niobium Properties(British Columbia) 100% ownership in 7 propertiesThe Kin, Trident, IRC, Munroe, Hiren, Claire and Lindmark, were acquired after a detailed review of government lake sediment geochemistry databases and an assessment of geological environ-ments prospective for REEs and rare metals. Targets were then refi ned using geology, airborne magnetics, known mineral prospects, access and land use considerations. The projects cover some of the highest and most signifi cant regional government geochemical results for REEs.
