Where & When The 2017 Annual Meeting will be held February 16 – February 18 at Hyatt Hill Country Hotel in Bastrop, TX. The Hyatt Lost Pines Hotel is truly a unique retreat. You’ll find an exceptional selection of recreation, leisure and entertainment activities, from horseback riding to spa treatments and golf.

Dedicated Exhibit Hours » Dedicated exhibit breaks mean the surgeons have time set aside to visit your booth.

SIZE AND TYPES OF EXHIBITS » Exhibit space will be limited to a 6’x30” table-top display or equivalent floor space. Exhibitors must conform to this space requirement, and should plan displays with this configuration in mind. Exhibitors shall be limited to those whose products or services are related to physicians’ med-ical, professional, or practice interests. The TANS reserves the right to screen applications for space and to accept only those which conform to these criteria.

RESPONSIBILITIES » Internet services, electrical service, decorating services, and security guard services are NOT provided or ar-ranged by the TANS. These items may be ordered directly from the hotel.

» The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the TANS from and against any and all damages arising from the use by the exhibitor or its exhibit space or its activities therewith. The facility, not TANS, assumes the responsibility for damage to, loss, or theft of property of the exhibitors, or the exhibitors’ agents, employees, or invitees.

» Use of a booth space by two or more firms is not permitted.

CONFIRMATIONUpon receipt of your exhibit space form, social registration form and payment, the TANS will send a confirmation letter. Space is guaranteed only after payment has been received.

CANCELLATIONDeadline for cancellation of exhibit space is January 13, 2017. There will be no refunds for cancellation after this date.

SHIPPING INFORMATION INCOMING: The hotel will receive and store incoming packages within two (2) business days prior to the beginning of the program. A handling fee of $5.00 per 0-5 pounds, $10.00 per 6-20 pounds, $15.00 per 21-50 pounds, $25.00 over 50 pounds will apply to all boxes shipped to the Resort and $150.00 for all pallets. For packages arriving earlier than (1) week prior to the function, there will also be a $150.00 per day storage fee regardless of the number of boxes.
