The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfiedthat the lands specified in the schedule below have to beacquired for industrial purpose, to wit for setting up ofIndustrial Complex by SIPCOT Oragadam ExpansionScheme and Complex it having already been decided thatthe entire amount of compensation to be awarded for thelands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managedby Government, the following Notice is issued undersub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisitionof Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act10 of 1999).

NOTIFICATION

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil NaduAcquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Naduhereby acquired the lands specified in the schedule belowand measuring 14.70.5 hectares, be the same, a littlemore or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit forIndustrial Park by SIPCOT.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of theSpecial Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), SIPCOT, Unit – IISriperumbudur and may be inspected at any time duringoffice hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfiedthat the lands specified in the schedule below have to beacquired for industrial purpose, to wit for setting up ofIndustrial Complex by SIPCOT Oragadam ExpansionScheme and Complex it having already been decided thatthe entire amount of compensation to be awarded for thelands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managedby Government, the following Notice is issued undersub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisitionof Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act10 of 1999).

NOTIFICATION

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil NaduAcquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Naduhereby acquired the lands specified in the schedule belowand measuring 13.19.5 hectares, be the same, a little moreor less needed for industrial purposes, to wit for IndustrialPark by SIPCOT.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfiedthat the lands specified in the schedule below have to beacquired for industrial purpose, to wit for setting up ofIndustrial Complex by SIPCOT Oragadam Industrial GrowthCentre (Expansion-II) and Complex it having already beendecided that the entire amount of compensation to beawarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlledor managed by Government, the following Notice is issuedunder sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil NaduAcquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTIFICATION

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil NaduAcquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Naduhereby acquired the lands specified in the schedule belowand measuring 10.75.5 hectares, be the same, a little moreor less needed for industrial purposes, to wit for IndustrialPark by SIPCOT.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfiedthat the lands specified in the schedule below have to beacquired for industrial purpose, to wit for setting up of


Industrial Complex by SIPCOT Oragadam Scheme andComplex it having already been decided that the entireamount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is tobe paid out of the funds controlled or managed byGovernment, the following Notice is issued undersub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisitionof Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act10 of 1999).

NOTIFICATION

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil NaduAcquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Naduhereby acquired the lands specified in the schedule belowand measuring 7.50.5 hectares, be the same, a little moreor less needed for industrial purposes, to wit for IndustrialPark by SIPCOT.
