Biofuels Production (Tamaulipas North Ethanol Plant) Tamaulipas is the largest sorghum producer  in 

Mexico, which consideres a potential production of 200 million liters per year (53 million galons per year).

Urban Solid Waste (USW), EnergySource

In the Zona Conurbada Sur 693 tons of USW, for which CFE has a draft plant with an incineration capacity of 209.255 metric tonnes of USW/year to generate 59.1million kWh per year.
