TALENT BOOKING AGREEMENTAGREEMENTThis contract made and entered into this ____ day of ______________,_____ by and between VISIONPULSE CREATIVE, herein after referred to as “Provider” and _____________________________________________________________________, a representative of ________________________________________________, and herein after referred to as “Promoter”. Promoter hereby engages Provider to provide Talent and Provider hereby agrees to have Talent perform at the engagement herein after referred to within the terms and conditions contained herein.

TERMS & CONDITIONS1. The Provider’s fee for this event is $____________ of which a deposit of $____________ is required upon signing contract. Deposit should be made payable to VISIONPULSE CREATIVE in the form of credit card, certi�ed check, money order, or bank wire within �ve (5) business days of signing the contract. No personal checks will be accepted for Deposit. The balance of $______________ shall be paid to the assigned Onsite Talent Representative in cash upon arrival at venue immediately prior to performance unless otherwise noted below where special arrangements have been made. Promoter agrees to provide a lawful, secure venue with all necessary permits to conduct the event.4. When applicable, Promoter shall provide one suitable overnight accommodations with late checkout.5. It is agreed and understood that for if any reasons other than the failure of the Promoters to produce these events according to the standards agreed upon herein, an act of God, Civil war, or any other natural disaster of which the Talent has no control, the Talent will be ready and able to perform as per the agreement. If the Talent fails to appear for any reasons other than those stated above, it is agreed that the deposit will be returned to the Promoter fully, and promptly.6. The Promoter, by signing this agreement, warrants he/she is eighteen (18) years of age or older and is authorized to enter into a legally binding contract.7. This agreement may not be changed, modi�ed, or altered in any way except under full agreement by an authorized agent of both the Promoter and agent of the Provider.8. Booking Agreement

This agreement is made on MM/DD/YY between _________________________ (hereafter "Presenter") and (hereafter "Performer"), represented in this matter by ____________________ (hereafter "Manager") acting as Performer's agent. Presenter hereby engages Performer to provide the Performance generally described below under the following terms:

Presenter and Performer shall be excused from their obligations hereunder in the event of proven sickness, accident, riot, strike, epidemic, act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control.

Presenter shall be entitled to use the names, likenesses, and other promo-tional materials provided by Performer or Manager for the purpose of promoting the Performance and attracting attendees.

Presenter shall provide adequate parking space within X feet of the entrance nearest the stage entrance and shall reserve such parking space for Performer's exclusive use from four hours before the starting time of the Performance until three hours after the Performance's ending time.
