Take3 can also be used for a variety of

assays that might be run in a 96- or 384-

well microplate, saving precious samples

with low volume capability. The BioCell

and cuvette measurement locations allow

rapid 1 cm direct measurements of nucleic

acids, proteins or nearly any analyte typically

measured in a traditional spectrophotometer.
