Stornierungen: Stornierungen für zugesagte Privat-Skilehrer bei LANGFRISTIGEN Buchungen müssen spätestens 14 Tage vor Kursbeginn bekannt gegeben wer-den. Erfolgt die Stornierung hingegen erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt, so ist die Skischule Arlberg berechtigt, den vereinbarungsgemäßen Tarif im Ausmaß eines vollen Tagessatzes zu verlangen. Stornierungen für zugesagte Privat-Skilehrer bei KURZFRISTIGEN Buchungen müssen bis spätestens 16:00 Uhr am Vorabend bekannt gegeben werden. Erfolgt die Stornierung hingegen erst zu einem späte-ren Zeitpunkt, so ist die Skischule Arlberg berechtigt, den vereinbarungsgemäßen Tarif im Ausmaß eines vollen Tagessatzes zu verlangen. Privatlehrer die nicht im Voraus bezahlt werden, sind keine FIXBUCHUNGEN. Die Skischule Arlberg lehnt jegliche Haftung für Unfälle, die sich während, oder vor dem Skiunterricht ereignen ab. Unfall- und Haftpflichtversicherung ist Sache der Teilnehmer.
Cancellations: Cancellation of a fixed LONG-TERM reservation for a private ski instructor must be received a minimum of 14 days before the beginning of the course. However, if a cancellation is made after this, the Ski School Arlberg re-serves the right to charge a full daily rate at the agreed tariff. Cancellation of a fixed SHORT-TERM reservation for a private ski instructor must be made, at the latest, by 4:00 pm on the evening prior to the booking. However, if the cancellation takes place later than this, the Ski School Arlberg reserves the right to charge a full daily rate at the agreed tariff. Bookings for private instructors that are not paid in advance are not FIXED RESERVATIONS. The Ski School Arlberg cannot accept any liability for accidents which occur during or before the ski lesson. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
Alle Preise gelten pro Person 1.) Kurskarten können nur an aufeinander folgen-den Tagen verwendet werden. 2.) Kursverlängerung ist nur im Anschluss an einen besuchten Kurs und gegen Vorlage der Kurskarte möglich. 3.) Kurskarten sind nicht übertragbar und werden nicht zurückgenommen. Für Unfälle wird nicht ge-haftet. 4.) Verkleinert sich eine Gruppe auf weniger als 3 Teilnehmer, behält sich die Skischule das Recht vor, diese mit einer anderen Gruppe zusammenzulegen. 5.) Skipässe und Ausrüstung sind im Kurspreis nicht inbegriffen. 6.) Hinsichtlich der Gruppenkurse ist eine Rückerstattung bereits erbrachter Zahlungen nur bei Unfall, Verletzung oder Krankheit, unter Vorlage des Originalbeleges (siehe Rück-seite der Kurskarte) und mit ärztlichem Attest eines ortsansässigen Arztes mög-lich. Der rückzuerstattende Betrag wird auf Grundlage der tatsächlich erbrachten Dienstleistungen für diesen Zeitraum neu berechnet. Der Gesamtbetrag wird sich dadurch verringern. Bei Rücktritt während einer laufenden Dienstleistung, oder bei Nichterscheinen zum vereinbarten Termin erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.
All prices are valid per person. 1) Course tickets can only be used on consecutive days. 2) It is only possible to extend a course on completion of an attended course and on presentation of the ski school ticket. 3) Course tickets are not transferable and cannot be returned. No liability is accepted for accidents. 4) The Ski School reserves the right to combine groups which are reduced to less than 3 partici-pants. 5) Ski lift passes and equipment are not included in the course price. 6) In the case of group courses, a refund of pre-paid fees is only possible following accident, injury or illness, on presentation of the original voucher (see reverse of the course ticket) and with a medical certificate from a local resident physician. The amount of the refund is calculated according to the amount of course days already attended and the total amount will thereby be reduced. No refund will be given for resignation during an ongoing course or for a non-appearance on the agreed date.
