comprises 30 double pens with attached runs and is
licenced for 30 cats. Each pen is isolated and has
heated beds to provide maximum comfort. The
separate kennel facilities are licenced for 79 dogs
and occupies two main blocks which are split into
23 and 29 pens. These blocks provide a combination
of single, double and family units each having their
own individual covered run. Both blocks are gas
centrally heated.
The breeding pens are situated adjacent to the
kennels and comprise 27 pens. Externally to the
rear of the property there are two stables housing a
grooming parlour and four puppy kennels. Beyond
are six welping/nursery kennels, a large established
garden, chick pens and three storage sheds. There is
a reception area and shop, ample kitchen facilities
and isolation facilities for two dogs and seven cats.
