1-3. Log On To KE Trade PRO To log in into the system, enter a valid User ID and Password in the provided text box at the login screen. Then, click the <Login> button.

NOTE: Entering an invalid User ID or Password will not allow you to access the system. After 5 unsuccessful attempts, your User ID will be locked from the system. Please contact helpdesk for assistance.

Upon successful login your User ID shall be displayed at the bottom left corner of the start page.

SECURITY REMINDER: When the system has been left idle for sixty (60) minutes or more, the system will prompt you to log in again before you can resume activity.

• For security purpose, users are advised to change their passwords every 3 months. • To change password, click Change Password icon. • Enter current password, new password, confirm the newly entered password and

2. Setting Up Your Trade Desktop: 2-1. Creating new Favourites folders To add/create a favourites folder, 1. Select the Organize Favourites icon

2. Click <New>. 3. A folder with the default name will be created. 4. You can either use the default favourites name e.g. My Favourites 1 or change the folder name e.g. Main Market Counters, etc.

2-2. Renaming Favourites folders To rename a favourites folder,

1. Select the Organize Favourites icon

2. Point to any Favourites folder that you intend to rename. 3. Click <Rename>. 4. Type in new folder name for example Main Market Counter. 5. Click <Close> once completed. 2-3. Adding stocks to your Favourites folders Favourites are customizable folders for you to categorize your favourite counters into various categories for ease of view. You may have a maximum number of 100 folders with a maximum number of 30 stocks per folder. You have the option to add any single or multiple stocks that you view from the quotation list into your Favourites folder. Note: The favourites folder will save its content and list on the local PC (Personal Computer) settings that users currently logged in. If users log in at another PC, he/she will not be able to view the previously sets favourites list. Instead, users need to create a new favourites folder.

1. To add a stock to your Favourites folder, select or highlight the stock and then click the Add Stock to Favourites icon.

2. List of Favourites folder displayed. Click on the folder’s name to add the stock to it.

3. You can also select or highlight the counter and then right click to select Add Stock to Favourites and then select your Favourites folder name. (For example, My Favourites folder)

4. Successfully added single stock to Favourites folder message displayed.

2-4. Different Views for Different Folks At the Home area, there are 15 view layouts labelled as “Layout A” to “Layout O” for you to select from. The difference between each view layout is the pop-up window arrangement and combination. To select a view layout, click Change View Layout icon shown in below figure.

The selected view layout will be the default layout for your current view. For example, in View 1, we may be using Layout G and for View 2 we may be using Layout I. You may choose your 6 Favourite view layouts and set them into the 6 available views

• To set the view layouts into the views, click on any of the view numbers. • Then, click the Change View Layout icon and select the desired view layout.

3. Buying & Selling: 3-1. Buying your stocks 1. Select a counter from the Live Quotes, then click on Buy icon to place an order.

2. An Order Entry window displayed.

3. On the Order Entry pop-up window, select the type of orders you want from the top right window. You can choose Limit, Stop Limit and Limit If Touch.

Limit Order – an order to buy or sell a stock at a specific price or better Stop Limit Order – an order to buy or sell a stock that combines the features of a Stop Order and a Limit Order. Once the stop price is reached, a stop-limit order becomes a limit order that will be executed at a specified price (or better). Limit If Touch Order - an order to buy or sell a stock at a specified price or better, below (or above) the market. This order is held in the system until the trigger price is touched. An LIT order is similar to a stop limit order, except that an LIT sell order is placed above the current market price, and a stop limit sell order is placed below. 4. Next, select from Account list.

5. Next, select the quantity of shares you want to purchase.

6. Next, enter your desired purchase value, or select one of the predefined values in the dropdown list.

7. Enter value in Stop Price or Trigger Price box if you select Modality as Stop Limit or Limit if Touch. 8. Select your trade Validity period either: Day or Next Trading Day Date

• Day – Order is good for the day • Next Trading Date Date – Your order will be queued until the end of the

next trading day

9. After clicking <Send Now>, you will be prompted for trading password. Key in your trading password and click ‘OK’ to continue with the purchase. 10. An order confirmation will appear. Click <Confirm> to confirm the purchase or click <Cancel> to cancel the purchase.

2. Follow steps 2 to 10 of Buying stocks 3-3. Cancelling orders

1. To cancel order(s) click <Order Status> button.

2. Highlight the stock name you want to cancel order.

3. Then, click Cancel Order icon from toolbar.

3a. You can also right click the highlighted stock and then select Cancel Order.

4. Enter your trading/login password and click <OK> to confirm cancellation.

5. To cancel all outstanding orders, first click on “Select All” icon then,

Viewing your order status KE Trade PRO Order status shows all orders placement and it is easy for traders to monitor the progress of each orders. You can view your order status once you have placed your Buy / Sell order. It consists of two main menu functions and helpful information displays such as:

• Trade – Provides access to Order Status, Order Status History and Basket Order sub-functions.

• Account – Allows trading account selection, viewing of account information & viewing of the account’s real-time portfolio.

• Enquiry – Provides access to Contract sub-function.

3-5. Viewing your real-time portfolio and profit & loss status KE Trade PRO keeps track, in real-time, the changes to your portfolio. To view your account portfolio, first select the account from Account->Account Listing. Next, view the real-time portfolio from Account->Portfolio.

From the real-time portfolio page, you can choose to view your Current Portfolio, which keeps track of all your outstanding purchases and sales details. Alternatively, you can also choose to view your Realised P/L. Simply select which view from the drop-down menu shown in the figure below.

4. Technical Analysis: 4-1. Starting The Technical Analysis Module To start the Technical Analysis module for any stock, simply right-click on the stock in your favourites or quote list and select “Technical Analysis” from the pop-up menu. Alternatively, the Technical Analysis module can also be started by selecting the stock from the list and then clicking on the “Technical Analysis” button shown in the figure below.

4-2. Changing Timeframes You can view your charts in the following six timeframes:

• daily (today) • weekly (till today) • monthly (till today) • hourly (one hour) • 15 minutes • 1 minute

To view any of the timeframe: From the menu bar, click the desired Chart icon as shown in the next figure.

4-3. Drawing & Annotation On the left panel of the Technical Analysis window is the Drawing & Annotation Tools. It consists of Fibonacci style chart drawing tools such as Fibonacci Retracements, Fibonacci Fans, Fibonacci Time Zones and also regular drawing tools such as Trend and Horizontal Lines, Ellipses, Text Notes and etc. Just click any of these tools and then drag it on the chart to view the results.

4-5. Saving & Loading your charts You can use two available selections in order to load existing .dat format file, or to save your current viewing.

To open existing .dat format file: From the menu bar, click the Open Folder icon as shown in the next figure.

Locate the existing file location. Click Open. To save the current chart view or analyzed results: From the menu bar, click the Save File icon as shown in the next figure.

Type in the file name. Select from Save as type (default is as *.dat). Click Save when done.

Type in File Name to Save
