Adel Abdul Hadi
Adel Abdul Hadi specializes in company formation, restructuring, Islamic finance, real estate
and construction law, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers. He advised on the
sale of the entire share capital of Kuwait National Lube Oil Manufacturing Company
(KNLOC) and incorporation of Black Gold Holding Company and its private placement. He
was involved in the restructure of Financial Group through the incorporation of Fidelity Group
Keepers & Holding Company (a Cayman Island company) and the formation of investment
funds in Bahrain, Kuwait and the UAE. He also advised on the acquisition of Al Ahmed
Company by Al Farabi in the UAE.
Fayez Al Dousari
Fayez Al Dousari specializes in real estate and construction law, company formation,
mediation and negotiation. He advised on the sale of the entire share capital of KNLOC, the
incorporation of Black Gold Holding Company and its private placement. He was also
involved in the acquisition of Universal Food Company WLL and Al Khalijiya WLL by
Intishai Holding Group and the acquisition of Al Sour Engineering Firm by Al Sour Company.
He advised on the incorporation of Musahamat Farms Inc, a company that acquired a banana
plantation in the Philippines.
Sanabil Jafar
Sanabil Jafar specializes in company formation, restructuring, corporate management, banking
and financial markets. Her experience includes advising the shareholders of Kuwait National
Lube Oil Manufacturing Company on the sale of their shares to Black Gold Holding Company
and Black Gold’s private placement. She also led the team that performed due diligence on Al
Hamed Company UAE. She advised Universal Food Company WLL on their lease of
Fatburger franchise and Maya Chocolate franchise. She advises local and international
companies on their commercial transactions in Kuwait while providing Islamic banking advice

Duwaim Al Muwaizri
Duwaim Al Muwaizri specializes in employment, administrative, criminal and International
law. He is veteran in litigation, arbitration and advising clients in different aspects of Kuwait
Laws and Regulations. His experience includes representing Kuwait Asian Brokerage
Company, Magic Home Company, Dasman Model School in their matters in connection with
dispute resolution and litigation.
Sameh Al Serwi
Sameh Al Serwi specializes in company formation, mergers and acquisitions, privatization,
private investment and corporate restructuring. Mr. Sameh advised on the sale of the entire
share capital of KNLOC and Black Gold Holding Company’s private placement. He was
involved in the incorporation National Takaful Insurance Company and the restructure of
Financial Group Company which led to the incorporation of Fidelity Group Keepers &
Holding Company (a Cayman Island company) and formation of investment funds in Bahrain,
Kuwait and the UAE. He also advised on the acquisition of Al Ahmed Company by Al Farabi

Adel Abdul Hadi
Mr. Adel received his Bachelor of Arts in Law degree from Kuwait
University in 1993. He was Legal Consultant for the Bureau of the
Minister of Defense from 1994 – 1997 and also held the position of
Senior Legal Adviser for several government organizations between
1997 and 2002. He formed Al Oula Law in 2002.
In the course of his work, Mr. Adel has attended several international and regional courses in
copyrights protection, dispute resolution and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is a well-
respected and articulate advocate who has appeared in all the courts in the State of Kuwait and has
handled several high profile cases. His passion for giving a voice to the under privileged
continues to account for several pro bono work he handles from time to time. He is a registered
arbitrator and an active member of the Kuwait Lawyers Society, Kuwait Journalists Society and
Kuwait Human Rights Committee.
Mr. Abdulhadi specializes in company formation, restructuring, Islamic finance,

Fayez Al-Dousari
Mr. Fayez received his Bachelor of Arts in Law degree from Kuwait
University in 1995. In 1996 he attended the Legal Responsibilities
Seminar for Construction Engineers and Contractors in Kuwait and the
Arab Conference for Dispute Resolution in Beirut. He obtained the
Specialized Language of Law Certificate from Georgetown University,
Washington DC in 1998 and the Contract Management and
Implementation Course in 2000 at the Kuwait University. He received the Mediation Certificate
from the International Development Law Organization in Rome in May 2001 and attended the
training course in Regulations on Purchasing and International Projects organized by World Trade
Organization in 2003
Prior to joining Al Oula Law in 2008 Mr. Fayez was Assistant Legal Adviser for the Kuwait Fund
for Economic Development between 1995 and 2008.
Mr. Al-Dousari specializes in real estate and construction law, company formation,
mediation and negotiation and speaks Arabic and English.

Sanabil Jafar
Ms. Sanabil is the Director of the International Department. She received
her Bachelor of Arts in Law degree from Kuwait University in 1992. She
started her legal career at Al-Waqaian and Dixon Law Offices in 1993 and
in 1997, she established her own firm with Lawyer Fahad Al- Sayar. In
2004 she established Al-Bayan Law Office with Lawyer Abdul Latif Tareq
Al-Ali, where she worked until joining Al Oula in 2008.
She has advised several international and local organizations on commercial transactions and her
deep understanding of Kuwait laws is evident in the quality of her advice to companies and
organizations. She has attended several regional and international workshops and seminars in
corporate & commercial law and banking and finance and speaks Arabic and English.
Sanabil Jafar specializes in company formation, restructuring, corporate management,
banking and financial markets and real estate law and speaks Arabic and English.

Duwaim Al Muwaizri
Mr. Duwaim obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Law degree from
Kuwait University in 1999 with distinction. He was a lecturer at
the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour from 2001 to 2002 and
a faculty member of the Public Authority for Applied Education
and Training between 2002 and 2003. He joined Al Oula Law in
2003 and is also a faculty member of Public Authority for Applied
Education and Training (Special Courses – Delegated) from 2002
till date.
In 2009 he was awarded a certificate from the Kuwait Lawyers Society qualifying him to
act as both a juridical and commercial arbitrator. He has also participated in several
workshops and seminars in Kuwait.
Mr. Al Muwaizri specializes in administrative, International & criminal law
and speaks Arabic.

Sameh Al Serwi
Mr. Sameh obtained his law degree from Cairo University, Egypt in 1975.
He started his legal career with the Ministry of Defence, Egypt as a
military assistant district attorney where he worked till 1979. Between
1980 and 1981, he worked as a lawyer with the Ministry of Islamic
Affairs, Iraq and in 1982 he joined the law firm of Abdullah Al-Ayoub as
legal adviser. Between 1997 and 1999 he worked in the Law Firm of
Mohammed Musad Al Saleh as Senior Legal Adviser in the firm’s international department. He
joined the Law Firm of Emad Burasit in 1999 and worked till 2003. He joined Al Oula Law in
2004.
Mr. Al Serwi specializes in arbitration, banking & finance, commercial law,
company law and civil law and speaks Arabic.
