KonicaMinoltaprovideshands‐on,instructorledtrainingineachofourRegionalTrainingCentersforallnewproductstoensureeachtechnicianisproperlytrainedtoserviceourhardware.Thesecoursesincludean intensive, approach to all phases of operation, such as installation, troubleshooting, repair and networksupport. Real world exercises are utilized to ensure each technician gains an expert knowledge of thefunctionalityandrepairprocessforeachunit.Eachtechnicianreceivesanaverageofover6monthsoftraining(morethan1000hours).

InternalEmailCampaigntoChannelSalesTeams–InordertocreateawarenessandexpertisetotheAEPAcontract,KonicaMinoltawillcreateaninternalemailcampaignthatwillhighlightthebenefitsof
AEPA’s Contract for all eligible customers and for the individual sales reps. The campaignwill alsospotlightproductupdates,successstoriesandtheadditionoffieldresourcematerials.
KonicaMinolta ‐AEPAWebsite–KonicaMinoltawillcreateacustomer‐facingwebsiteforcontractinformation,pricingcatalogs,productinformationandsalescontactinformation. Thewebsitewillbeusedtopostcontractupdatesandothercustomermarketingmaterials.
Marketing Materials – Konica Minolta will create AEPA contract specific marketing materialshighlighting KonicaMinolta andAEPA’s partnership and benefits to public sector customers. ThesematerialsmaybecustomizedandmadeavailabletoAEPAforuseinAEPAmarketingpublications.Wewillalsoco‐brandKonicaMinoltabrochuresandsellsheetsthatwillprovidefeaturesandbenefitsofAEPAandKonicaMinoltaproductsthatareavailableonAEPA’sContract.
EmailCampaign–KonicaMinoltawilluseourpublicsectordatabasetorunanemailcampaignthatwill continually bring the Konica Minolta products and services available on the AEPA contract tocurrentandprospectivecustomers.
National Conferences and Trade Shows – Konica Minolta will attend government and educationprocurement conferences and trade shows to showcase our offerings and to promote the AEPAContract. KonicaMinoltawill attend shows likeNIGP, ASBO, NAEP, ISTE and any other shows thatAEPA recommends. Our dealers and branches also attend themany local conferences and expos intheirmarketstoshowcaseKonicaMinoltaproducts,theAEPAContractandtheirlocalsalesteams.
4. SalesTraining:ExplainhowyourcompanywilleducationyoursalesstaffontheAEPAcontractincludingtiming,methods,etc.
KonicaMinolta’sGovernmentSalesandMarketingTeamarecommittedtomakinganawardedAEPAcontractasuccessful,rewardingtoolforourdealeranddirectsaleschannels.Uponawardofthecontract,ourteamwillcreate materials that aid in the marketing, sales and order processes utilized by all Konica Minoltamanagement,administrationandchannelsalesteams.Thesematerials,whicharepostedtoKonicaMinolta’sinternal Government Portal, will include launch presentations, price catalogs, AEPA marketing materials,FAQ’s, sales and order process guides, internal process documentation and a link to the AEPA website foradditionalorganizationalinformation.
OncematerialsarepostedtoourGovernmentPortal,wewillreviewthecontractdetailsandinformationviawebinarwith KonicaMinolta’s Administrative Teams that are responsible for order review and processing,compliance and billing to answer any questions they have before the first order is placed. We will thenschedule a series of launch webinars to accommodate all sales teams across the country. The followinginformationwillbesharedinthelaunch:

In conjunctionwith any
AEPAstrategyandreviewsession,ourGAM’swillprovidetrainingonhowcustomersbenefit fromusingtheAEPAContractandhowtheycanutilizeAEPAin lieuoftheRFPprocess. ThistrainingwillexcitedthesalesteamsandcreatepersonalmotivationtomarkettheAEPAcontract.InadditiontotheGAM’s,eachchannelhasassignedregional resources (DealerEnterpriseAccountManagersandDirectRegionalVerticalManagers forGovernmentandEducation) thatassist in training,marketing,andselling theAEPAcontract. Thesechannelresourceswillalsoaidintheorderprocessesanddocumentationshouldquestionsarisefromthesalesteams.
Pricingwillbereadilyavailabletomanagement,administration,andthesalesteamonourGovernmentPortal.Whenupdates to theAEPA contract aremade, a bulletinwill be created anddistributed to all personnel toinformthemofchangestopricing,productsoranythingelserelatedtotheAEPAcontract.

Termination forConvenience

KonicaMinoltamayprovidetrade‐invalues for existing hardware on acase‐by‐case basis, after anevaluation of each unit to be tradedin. Value will be determined byKonica Minolta based on the age,type of machine, usage, and otherfactors, and will provided to AEPAMemberuponrequest. The trade‐invalue,ifany,willbereducedfromthepurchaseamountofthenewunit.Asan alternative, Konica Minolta canassist the AEPA Member incontacting used equipmentwholesalers, who will provide valuefor the existing fleet of equipment.For any unit that the AEPAMembercan provide a proof of title for,indicating that the unit is free fromobligationtoanyotherparty,Konica
Minolta will disconnect, remove,disposeoftheequipment,regardlessof brand, and absorb all associatedcosts. In addition, Konica Minoltacan assist in the removal of anyleased equipment, provided theleasing company has obtained aReturn Authorization. By managingthese removals during theinstallation of your new KonicaMinolta equipment, Konica Minoltaensures that the AEPA Member willincur no additional costs during thetransitionperiod.

Warranty Warranty: Vendor Partnerwarrants that all commodities,supplies, materials, equipment,software and service deliveredunder this contract shall conformto the specifications of thiscontract. All items should carry awarrantyequaltotheintendedlifecycle or a minimum 12‐monthmanufacturer’s warranty thatincludes parts and labor unlessotherwise specified and agreed to.Themanufacturer has the primaryresponsibility to honor amanufacturer’s warranty; adistributor or dealer agrees toassist the purchaser reach asolution in a dispute with themanufacturer over a warranty’sterms. Any extendedmanufacturer’s warranty will bepassed on to the Buyer. Forexample, if a voice board has athree‐yearwarranty,buttheboardis in a turnkey system that has aone‐year warranty, the voiceboard’s three‐year warranty mustbe honored by the manufacturerand the Vendor Partner. Allextended warranties must bepassed on, without exception. If,upondiscovery,theVendorPartnercharges a Buyer for a replacementpart that the Vendor Partneractuallyreceivedatnocostunderawarranty, the Vendor Partner willrebate the amount billed and theBuyer reserves the right to cancelthecontract.
AEPA’s sole and exclusive guaranteeshallbetheCustomerOneGuarantee.Konica Minolta agrees to maintainthe hardware covered by thisguarantee in good operatingcondition, providing necessarymaintenance, service, and repairs asspecifiedbythetermsofthewrittenmaintenance agreement. Should aworkgroupunitbeoutofservice formore than 16 consecutive businesshours, or a production print unit beout of service for more than 24consecutive business hours, due tomaintenance needs, Konica Minoltashallprovidea loanerunitofsimilarcapabilities upon request by AEPAMember Agency.
