    LEVEL TWO (some of these behaviors are against the law)

    Threatening

    Damaging property

    Stealing Starting fights

    Scratching or biting

    Pushing, tripping, orcausing a fall

    Assaulting

    Insulting family

    Harassing withphone calls

    Insulting your size,intelligence, athleticability, race, color,religion, ethnicity,gender, disability, orsexual orientation

    Defacing school

    work or otherpersonal property,such as clothing,locker, or books

    Saying someone isrelated to a personconsidered anenemy of thiscountry (e.g.,Osama bin Laden)

    Ostracizing using

    notes, InstantMessaging, email,etc.

    Posting slander inpublic places (suchas writingderogatorycomments aboutsomeone in theschool bathroom)

    Playing mean tricks

    LEVEL THREE (most of these behaviors are against the law)

    Making repeatedand/or graphicthreats (harassing)

    Practicing extortion(such as takinglunch money)

    Threatening to keepsomeone silent: Ifyou tell, it will be alot worse!

    Physical cruelty

    Repeatedly actingin a violent,threatening manner

    Assaulting with aweapon
