PROCESSThe process consists of seven stages: 1. informing the teachers that they are to be
observed and arranging a time, 2. the pre-observation chat, 3. the observation itself, 4. immediate reaction to the observation by
the teacher, 5. guided reflection by both the teacher and
the observer on the lesson (using the feedback form developed by the TDU),
6. feedback, 7. follow-up.
