Project Alteration Methodology: In case of anyalterations on the project already implemented, we deal

with Client on this methodology.

Fixed Cost Project Methodology: In case of short termprojects, which need not require process for estimation,approval for implementation or having fixed cost fordevelopment we deal on this methodology. 11
